The requirements of edge computing in comparison to the centralized cloud have resulted in the development of container orchestration technologies that are more suitable for the resource constrained and heterogeneous edge environments. The aim of this thesis is to map these edge container orchestration technologies and to compare them against each other based on their features and resource utilization. This comparison will give an understanding of how well these technologies are suited for container orchestration at the edge.
