The wallets will be available for individuals as well as for organizations. While wallets for individuals are envisioned to be free to use, organizational wallets intended for businesses can be monetized. The pricing structure for digital organizational wallets should be suitable for businesses of all sizes. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore potential revenue models for digital organizational wallets from the point of view of client companies of various sizes. The research was conducted as a mixed-method study, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. For the qualitative method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with wallet experts and representatives of client companies of different sizes. For the quantitative method, an internet survey was conducted with a total of 54 respondents. Organizational wallets have various use cases, but in this re-search the wallets were approached through two use cases. The first use case is called eKuitti, which refers to a verified structured electronic receipt that can be transmitted via the wallet. The second use case is know your business, referring to the process where a company is obliged to verify the reliability of its partners. According to the research findings, companies of different sizes con-sider different revenue models to be the most potential. Research on the reve-nue models of organizational has not been conducted earlier. Therefore, this research provides added information on the subject. The results of the research can be used in defining revenue models for business wallets. Thus, the study is both theoretically and practically significant. Euroopan Unionin uuden lainsäädännön mukaan EU-alueella tullaan ottamaan käyttöön digitaaliset lompakot vuoden 2026 loppuun mennessä. Digitaalinen lompakko on ohjelma, jossa voidaan säilyttää käyttäjän identiteettitietoja ja hallita niitä. Digitaaliset lompakot tulevat perustumaan itsehallittavaan identiteettiin kutsuttuun identiteetinhallintajärjestelmään, jonka tavoitteena on korostaa käyttäjän hallintaa omaan sähköiseen identiteettiinsä. Lompakoiden käyttäjinä voivat toimia henkilöiden lisäksi myös organisaatiot. Henkilöille lompakoiden ajatellaan olevan ilmaisia, mutta yrityksille tarkoitetut yritys-lompakot tulevat suunnitelmien mukaan olemaan maksullisia. Digitaalisten yrityslompakoiden hintarakenteen tulee olla sopivia kaikenkokoisille asiakasyrityksille, eli yrityksille, joiden digitaalista identiteettiä yrityksen lompakossa hallinnoidaan. Tästä syystä tutkimuksen tarkoitus on selvittää, mitkä olisivat digitaalisten yrityslompakoiden potentiaaliset ansaintamallit erikokoisille asiakasyrityksille. Tutkimus toteutettiin monimenetelmätutkimuksena hyödyntäen sekä laadullisia, että määrällisiä menetelmiä. Laadullisena menetelmänä käytettiin teemahaastatteluja ja haastateltavat koostuivat lompakoiden asiantuntijoista sekä erikokoisten asiakasyritysten edustajista. Määrällisenä menetelmänä käytettiin puolestaan internet-kyselyä, johon vastasi yhteensä 54 henkilöä. Yrityslompakolla on olemassa erilaisia käyttötapauksia, mutta tutkimuksessa lompakkoa lähestyttiin kahden käyttötapauksen kautta. Ensimmäinen käyttötapauksista on eKuitti, eli vahvistettu rakenteinen sähköinen kuitti, joka voidaan välittää lompakon avulla. Toinen käyttötapaus on kumppanin luotettavuus, joka viittaa prosessiin, jossa yritys on velvoitettu tarkastamaan kauppakumppaninsa luotettavuuden. Tutkimustulosten mukaan erikokoiset asiakasyritykset pitävät erilaisia ansaintamalleja potentiaalisimpina. Digitaalisten yrityslompakoiden ansaintamalleja ei ole vielä tutkittu, joten tutkimus tuottaa uutta tietoa aiheesta. Tutkimuksen tuloksia voidaan hyödyntää yrityslompakoiden ansaintamallien määrittelyssä. Tutkimus on siis merkittävä teoreettisesti kuten myös käytännön tasolla.
