Yritysten on kannattavaa olla tietoisia asiakasryhmästään ja sen odotuksista, sekä kommunikoida asiakkaalle selkeästi millaisiin kysymyksiin käytetty chatbot pystyy vastaamaan. Customer service is an essential part of each company, and as technology advances it’s become possible to enhance customer service. Many companies use chatbots as a communication channel to support their customer service. How customers perceive the usage of chatbots depends on resolving the customers’ inquiries, the need for interaction with a service employee, addition of human traits, ease of use and technology. It is worthwhile for companies to be aware of their customer group, its’ expectations and to communicate to the customer clearly what kind of problems the chatbot in question is able to answer.
