Vaikka sosiaalisen median alustat tarjoavat ty\u00f6kaluja nopeaan ja\ntehokkaaseen viestint\u00e4\u00e4n sek\u00e4 mahdollistavat suoran vuorovaikutuksen sidosryhmien kanssa organisaatiokriisin\naikana, monet organisaatiot edelleen luottavat perinteisiin medioihin ja omiin verkkosivustoihinsa p\u00e4\u00e4kanavinaan\nkriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tavoitteena on tutkia PR-lausuntoja ja kriisiviestint\u00e4strategioita sek\u00e4 niiden saamaa vastetta\nsosiaalisessa mediassa. Valitsemani sosiaalisen median alustat ovat TikTok ja X (aiemmin Twitter). T\u00e4h\u00e4n tutkielmaan\nvalitsin kolme merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 PR-kriisitilannetta kolmelta eri organisaatiolta vuodelta 2022: Ticketmasterin Taylor\nSwiftin Eras-kiertueen lippukaaos, Kanye West ja Adidas Westin antisemitismisten ulostulojen j\u00e4lkeen, sek\u00e4 paljon\nhuomiota her\u00e4tt\u00e4nyt Will Smithin l\u00e4ps\u00e4ys Oscar-gaalassa. N\u00e4it\u00e4 kolmea tapausta k\u00e4siteltiin laajasti sek\u00e4 uutismediassa\nett\u00e4 sosiaalisessa mediassa, ja niiden takana olevat organisaatiot ovat tunnettuja ja merkitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 toimijoita omilla\naloillaan, mink\u00e4 takia ne on valittu t\u00e4h\u00e4n tutkimukseen.\nKaikki kolme organisaatiota omaksuivat erilaisia l\u00e4hestymistapoja kriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4\u00e4n. Adidaksen lausunnossa\nhy\u00f6dynnettiin kolmea kuudesta Cornelissenin (2017) kuvaamasta strategiasta, Akatemian lausunnossa viitt\u00e4 ja\nTicketmasterin lausunnossa puolestaan kaikkia kuutta. Organisaatioiden lausuntoihin sosiaalisessa mediassa reagoitiin\nyhteisill\u00e4 teemoilla, joista merkitt\u00e4vimp\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4t toimivat usein tiedonl\u00e4htein\u00e4 raportoiden kriiseist\u00e4 ja\nlausunnoista, joskin jokaisen tapauksen reaktioista l\u00f6ytyi my\u00f6s omia tapauskohtaisia piirteit\u00e4\u00e4n.\nSosiaalisen median vuorovaikutustilanteiden analyysi tarjoaa organisaatioille ty\u00f6kalun tutkia, miten mahdolliset\nkuluttajat n\u00e4kev\u00e4t kyseisen organisaation, ja auttaa organisaatioita arvioimaan, kuinka tehokkaita niiden\nkriisiviestint\u00e4strategiat ja PR-lausunnot ovat olleet.
