Tutkielmassa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n alun perin ohjelmistokehityksest\u00e4 tunnettuja ketteri\u00e4 menetelmi\u00e4 ja niiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnon kent\u00e4ss\u00e4. Ketterist\u00e4 menetelmist\u00e4 k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n tarkemmin kahta tunnetuinta menetelm\u00e4\u00e4, Scrum ja Kanban. Tutkielma on kirjallisuuskatsaus, joka tarkastelee aihetta luotettavien l\u00e4hteiden kautta. Tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten ohjelmistokehitykseen luotuja menetelmi\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnossa ja sen eri prosesseissa. Tutkielmasta saatujen tulosten perusteella voidaan huomata, ett\u00e4 Scrum ja Kanban -menetelmi\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 sellaisenaan monissa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnon osa-alueissa. Ketteri\u00e4 menetelmi\u00e4 voidaan my\u00f6s soveltaa vastaamaan yh\u00e4 paremmin henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnon teht\u00e4viin, ja tulok-sista voidaan huomata, ett\u00e4 ketterien menetelmien k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnossa on luotu uusi termi \u201dKetter\u00e4 HR\u201d. These new methods are called agile methods, as they have been developed to meet the needs of the changing conditions caused by the modern world quickly and efficiently. The thesis deals with agile methods originally known as software development and their use in the field of human resources. Two of the best-known agile methods, Scrum and Kanban, are discussed in more detail in this thesis. The thesis is a literature review that examines the topic through reliable sources. The purpose of the thesis is to find out how methods created for software development can be used in human resource and its various processes. Based on the results of the thesis, it can be seen that Scrum and Kanban methods can be used as such in many areas of human resources. Agile methods can also be applied to better respond to human resources tasks, and the results show that the new term \u2018Agile HR\u2019 has been coined for the use of agile methods in human resources.
