Ty\u00f6hyvinvointi voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 voimavarana, joka kantaa ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 eteenp\u00e4in, samalla edist\u00e4en luovuutta sek\u00e4 tuloksellisuutta alasta riippumatta. Luovuus m\u00e4\u00e4ritell\u00e4\u00e4n kykyn\u00e4 luoda uutta tai kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 olemassa olevaa, yksin tai yhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4 ideoiden. Luovuudelle ominaista on esimerkiksi avoimuus yhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4 sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4inen motivaatio. Tuloksellisuus voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 eri osista koostuvana kimppuna, joka sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 muun muassa tuottavuuden ja ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n laadun. Tuloksellisuus kuvastaa esimerkiksi organisaation kannattavuutta. Henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtaminen on moniulotteinen johtamisen kentt\u00e4 ja sen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteisiin sis\u00e4ltyy organisaatioissa esimerkiksi rekrytoinnit sek\u00e4 palkka- ja muut ty\u00f6suhdeasiat. Tutkimus on suoritettu kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja sen tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mitk\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteet tukevat ty\u00f6hyvinvointia ja siten luovuutta ja tuloksellisuutta. Tarkoituksena on my\u00f6s l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisen kent\u00e4st\u00e4 mahdollisia keinoja, jotka voisivat parantaa IT-alan ty\u00f6llisyystilannetta Suomessa. Tuloksista ilmenee, ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisella on suuri vaikutus ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin tukemisessa, ja ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvointi tukee luovuutta ja tuloksellisuutta. Hyvinvoiva henkil\u00f6st\u00f6 suoriutuu paremmin ja on tuottoisampi, mik\u00e4 my\u00f6s mahdollistaa organisaatiossa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteiden kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 yh\u00e4 paremmiksi. Kirjallisuuden pohjalta ei selvi\u00e4, onko IT-alan ty\u00f6llisyystilanteeseen suoria, selkeit\u00e4 ratkaisuja pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteiden my\u00f6t\u00e4.
