Tutkimuksessa tarkoituksena oli tutkia opiskelijoiden sek\u00e4 opettajien kokemuksia teknostressist\u00e4, mit\u00e4 haittoja et\u00e4opetuksesta voi olla ja miten perusopetuksessa tapahtuvaa teknostressi\u00e4 voidaan lievent\u00e4\u00e4. Tutkimuksen tuloksia voisi hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 esimerkiksi tuntien tai opetussuunnitelman suunnittelussa sek\u00e4 toteutuksessa. Tutkimuskysymys t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa on: Miten luokassa tapahtuvan perusopetuksen sek\u00e4 perusopetuksen et\u00e4opetuksen aiheuttamaa teknostressi\u00e4 voidaan lievent\u00e4\u00e4? \nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen keskeisi\u00e4 k\u00e4sitteit\u00e4 ovat teknostressi, digitalisaatio, perusopetus sek\u00e4 et\u00e4opetus. Teknostressin osalta t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n erityisesti teknostressitekij\u00f6ihin. Teoreettisena viitekehyksen\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n Ragu-Nathanin & Tarafdarin k\u00e4sitteellist\u00e4 mallia teknostressin ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4miseksi (Model of understanding technostress). Tutkimus toteutettiin havainnoimalla sek\u00e4 opiskelijoiden ryhm\u00e4haastatteluilla. Lis\u00e4ksi kahta opettajaa haastateltiin erikseen. Tutkimus toteutettiin syyskuussa 2023. Ryhm\u00e4haastattelut toteutettiin syyskuussa 26.9.2023. Opettajien haastattelu toteutettiin et\u00e4n\u00e4 6.10.2023. \nTutkimustuloksista selvisi, ett\u00e4 opiskelijoiden teknostressikokemukset liittyiv\u00e4t usein eri viestisovelluksiin ja niihin liittyviin ilmoituksiin. Lis\u00e4ksi osa opiskelijoista toi esille paineen olla jatkuvasti tavoitettavissa. Opiskelijoiden vastauksista nousi esille laitteen sek\u00e4 ajan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n liittyvi\u00e4 teoriaa tukevia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 lievitt\u00e4\u00e4 teknostressi\u00e4. Uutena l\u00f6yd\u00f6ksen\u00e4 nousi esille hyvinvointitaitojen rooli teknostressin k\u00e4sittelyss\u00e4.\nHyvinvointitaitojen ja teknostressin v\u00e4list\u00e4 yhteytt\u00e4 olisi hyv\u00e4 tutkia jatkossa enemm\u00e4n. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tutkimustuloksesta k\u00e4y ilmi, ett\u00e4 jatkotutkimuksissa tutkimuskohteina voisivat olla, miten omien hyvinvointitaitojen kehitt\u00e4minen voisi ennaltaehk\u00e4ist\u00e4 teknostressi\u00e4, millaiset hyvinvointitaidot auttavat erityisesti teknostressin hallinnassa, teknostressin lievent\u00e4misess\u00e4 tai jopa sen ennalta ehk\u00e4isemisess\u00e4 sek\u00e4 millaisia hyvinvointitaitoja opiskelijat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t omassa arjessaan teknostressin lievent\u00e4misess\u00e4.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "This study investigated the effects of technology use on elementary school students and teachers. The purpose of the study was to investigate students' and teachers' experiences of technostress, what disadvantages distance education can have and how technostress in basic education can be alleviated. The results of the research could be used, for example, in the planning and implementation of lessons or the curriculum. The research question in this study is: How can the technostress caused by basic education in the classroom and distance edu-cation of basic education be alleviated? \nThe central concepts of this research are technostress, digitalization, basic education and distance education. Regarding technostress, this dissertation focuses especially on technostress factors. The conceptual model of understanding technostress by Ragu-Nathan & Tarafdar (Model of understanding technostress) is used as a theoretical framework. The research was carried out by observation and group interviews of students. In addition, two teachers were interviewed separately. The research was carried out in September 2023. The group interviews were carried out in September 26.9.2023. The teachers' interview was carried out remotely on October 6, 2023.\nThe research results revealed that students' technostress experiences were often related to different messaging applications and related notifications. In addition, some students brought up the pressure to be constantly available. The students' answers revealed practices related to the use of the device and time that support the theory of relieving technostress. As a new discovery, the role of well-being skills in handling technostress emerged. \nAccording to the discovery it would be good to investigate more about the connection between well-being skills and technostress. The results of this thesis provide multiple potential research topics for further studies.
