Tutkimuksen aihe on t\u00e4rke\u00e4, sill\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin tarkastelut yhdess\u00e4 lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 kest\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 ja hyvinvoivasta ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4st\u00e4, joka mukautuu ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n jatkuviin muutostarpeisiin. Hyvinvoiva ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppiminen kuvaa kest\u00e4v\u00e4n ty\u00f6n olosuhteita, jossa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4 oppii ty\u00f6n arjessa hyvinvointiaan kohtuuttomasti vaarantamatta ja toisaalta hyvinvointiaan luoden. Tutkimuskysymykset olivat: 1. Mitk\u00e4 tekij\u00e4t terveydenhuollon henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n kokemana a) tukevat ja b) haastavat hyvinvoivaa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimista? \nTutkimus on luonteeltaan laadullinen ja kiinnittyy fenomenologishermeneuttiseen tieteenfilosofiaan. Tutkimuksessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin kuuden sairaanhoitajan ja kuuden l\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4rin puolistrukturoitua teemahaastatteluaineistoa L\u00e4hijohtaminen kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimisen edist\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 -tutkimushankkeesta (joko). Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisella analyysill\u00e4.\nTutkimuksen tuloksena muodostettiin nelj\u00e4 yl\u00e4teemaa hyvinvoivaa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimista tukevista ja haastavista tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 kuvaamalla ty\u00f6n merkityksi\u00e4 ja tunteita, ammatillisen osaamisen kehittymist\u00e4, ty\u00f6kulttuuria ja sosiaalista tukea sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6n organisointia ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tulokset lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 terveydenhuollon ty\u00f6oloista ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmista. \nTy\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin ilmi\u00f6iden ja niiden v\u00e4listen yhteyksien laajempi ymm\u00e4rrys auttaa luomaan kest\u00e4v\u00e4mp\u00e4\u00e4, oppimisvaatimuksiin vastaavaa ja hyvinvoivempaa ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4.
