Ollakseen strategista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisen, pit\u00e4en sis\u00e4ll\u00e4\u00e4n rekrytoinnin, tulisi lis\u00e4t\u00e4 arvoa organisaatioille auttamalla niit\u00e4 saavuttamaan liiketoiminnan tavoitteet ottaen huomioon my\u00f6s organisaation ulkopuoliset tekij\u00e4t, kuten sijoittajien tai asiakkaiden tarpeiden t\u00e4ytt\u00e4misen. HR-ammattilaiset toteuttavat monia eri rooleja samanaikaisesti, mutta strategisen kumppanin rooli on saanut kasvavaa huomiota viime vuosina ja usein t\u00e4t\u00e4 kohti HR-ammattilaiset haluavat menn\u00e4. Kumppanuuden voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 tuovan oman panoksensa korkean suorituskyvyn organisaatioiden kehitt\u00e4miseen, jota vauhdittaa my\u00f6s teknologian ja HR-analytiikan asianmukainen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen. \nTavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisena Suomen rekrytointimarkkinoilla toimivien ja monikansallisissa yrityksiss\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelevien rekrytoinnin ammattilaisten ty\u00f6 n\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyy ja millaiseksi he kokevat suhteen rekrytoivien esihenkil\u00f6iden kanssa sek\u00e4 mitk\u00e4 asiat vaikuttavat rekrytointiammattilaisen roolin syvent\u00e4miseen strategisen kumppanuuden tasolle. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena ja aineisto koostui kymmenen suurissa kansainv\u00e4lisiss\u00e4 yrityksiss\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelevien rekrytointiammattilaisten teemahaastatteluista. \nTutkimustulosten perusteella rekrytointiammattilaisen rooli vaihtelee hallinnollisesta avusta kumppanimaiseen yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n esihenkil\u00f6it\u00e4 valmentaen. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimustulosten perusteella strateginen rekrytointikumppanuus ei ole viel\u00e4 laajasti omaksuttua, mutta sit\u00e4 kohti rekrytointiammattilaiset haluaisivat menn\u00e4.
