However, even today, almost all companies do not\nknow how to use artificial intelligence to support business. The results of a\nstudy conducted in 2019 show that artificial intelligence brings important value\nto companies. In 80 percent of the companies measured in the study, the use of\nartificial intelligence increased revenues by at least 5 percent. This bachelor\u2019s\nthesis examines how artificial intelligence can be used to support business to\nbusiness sales. This thesis has been implemented as a literature review. The thesis revealed that artificial intelligence can be used to support business to business sales in several different ways. At the beginning of the thesis, the terms\nartificial intelligence and business to business sales are defined, after which the\nthesis answers the research question \"How can artificial intelligence be used to\nsupport business to business sales?\". The dissertation presents four different\nways in which artificial intelligence can be used to support business to business\nsales.
