Havaitun siisteyden on kuitenkin todettu itsess\u00e4\u00e4n vaikuttavan merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti esimerkiksi kuluttajien k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen ja mielikuviin. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tavoitteena on laajentaa siisteytt\u00e4 k\u00e4sittelev\u00e4\u00e4 tutkimusta analysoimalla sen vaikutusta br\u00e4ndikokemukseen ja sen nelj\u00e4\u00e4n ulottuvuuteen: sensoriseen, affektiiviseen, \u00e4lylliseen ja k\u00e4yt\u00f6kselliseen br\u00e4ndikokemukseen.\n\nTutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisena kyselytutkimuksena. Webropol-kysely\u00e4 jaettiin uutiskirjeen\u00e4 suomalaisen hotelliketjun asiakkaille, ja kyselyyn saatiin yhteens\u00e4 218 vastausta. Kyselyaineisto analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en SPSS-ohjelmaa. Havaitun siisteyden ja br\u00e4ndikokemuksen eri ulottuvuuksien kausaalisuudet testattiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en yksisuuntaista lineaarista regressioanalyysia. Tutkimustulosten mukaan havaitun siisteyden todettiin vaikuttavan merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti kaikkiin nelj\u00e4\u00e4n br\u00e4ndikokemuksen ulottuvuuteen. \n\nTutkimuksen teoreettisina johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksin\u00e4 voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 havaittu siisteys vaikuttaa br\u00e4ndikokemukseen monien eri ulottuvuuksien kautta vedoten sek\u00e4 aisteihin, tunteisiin, luovuuteen sek\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6kseen. Liikkeenjohdollisina johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksin\u00e4 todetaan siisteyden olevan yritt\u00e4jille t\u00e4rke\u00e4 osa liikeymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00e4 my\u00f6s standardien hygieenisten toimenpiteiden lis\u00e4ksi, sill\u00e4 siisteydell\u00e4 on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa kuluttajien kokemuksiin yrityksen br\u00e4ndist\u00e4 monilla eri alueilla. Siisteytt\u00e4 ei siis pit\u00e4isi n\u00e4hd\u00e4 liian triviaalina osana palvelumaisemaa.
