Digital services are cost-effective ways to provide services, and social and health care cannot afford not to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization. One of the most important requirements for digital social and health services is their usability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of service users, meaning customers, of the usability of electronic services in the Central Finland digital social and health care center Omaks. The research data was collected from those who had used Omaks\u2019s chat or video meeting using an electronic questionnaire. The survey collected both quantitative and qualitative data through questions based on the System Usability Scale (SUS), independent variables, and open-ended questions. The research received a total of N = 247 responses, with n = 149 from chat users and n = 98 from video meeting users. There were N = 199 responses to open-ended questions. The data was analyzed according to the SUS survey\u2019s own analysis guide, statistical tests of the SPSS program, and using data-driven content analysis. The research results showed that the usability of chat and video meeting was at a good level. However, the usability of chat was statistically significantly better than that of video meeting. Factors that improved the usability of chat included speed, clarity of queueing, and the ease of interaction. Factors improving the usability of video meeting included technology functionality, instructions received, and link to service. Both electronic services were hindered by technological challenges. Additionally, the usability of chat was negatively affected by long queue time, while the discoverability of the service was an issue in video meeting. According to the research results, there was a statistically significant correlation between age and the number of uses of chat's usability, but no such correlation existed for video meeting. Gender and the type of device used had no connection with chat or video meeting usability. The nurse service was statistically significantly better in terms of usability than the doctor service. There was no statistically significant difference in usability between different internet browsers. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tutkia Keski-Suomen digitaalisen sosiaali- ja terveyskeskus Omaks:n palvelunk\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien eli asiakkaiden kokemuksia s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen asioinnin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyydest\u00e4. Tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin Omaks:n chatia tai videovastaanottoa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4neilt\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen kyselylomakkeen avulla. Kyselyss\u00e4 ker\u00e4ttiin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llist\u00e4 ja laadullista aineistoa SUS-kyselyyn pohjautuvilla kysymyksill\u00e4, riippumattomilla muuttujilla ja avoimilla kysymyksill\u00e4. Tutkimukseen saatiin vastauksia yhteens\u00e4 N = 247, joista chatin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien vastauksia oli n = 149 ja videovastaanoton n = 98. Avoimiin kysymyksiin saatiin vastauksia N = 199. Aineisto analysoitiin SUS-kyselyn oman analysointiohjeen mukaisesti, SPSS-ohjelman tilastollisilla testeill\u00e4 ja aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en. Tutkimustulokset osoittivat chatin ja videovastaanoton k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyyden olleen hyv\u00e4ll\u00e4 tasolla. Chatin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyys oli kuitenkin tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4sti parempi kuin videovastaanoton. Chatin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyytt\u00e4 parantavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 olivat nopeus, selke\u00e4 jonotus ja asiointitavan helppous. Videovastaanoton k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyytt\u00e4 parantaviin tekij\u00f6ihin kuuluivat teknologian toimivuus, saadut ohjeet ja linkki palveluun. Molempien s\u00e4hk\u00f6isten asiointitapojen k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyytt\u00e4 heikensiv\u00e4t teknologiahaasteet. Lis\u00e4ksi chatin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyytt\u00e4 heikensi pitk\u00e4 jonotusaika ja videovastaanotossa palvelun l\u00f6ydett\u00e4vyys. Tutkimustulosten mukaan i\u00e4ll\u00e4 ja k\u00e4ytt\u00f6kertojen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ll\u00e4 oli tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4 yhteys chatin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyyteen, mutta niill\u00e4 ei ollut yhteytt\u00e4 videovastaanoton k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyyteen. Sukupuolella ja k\u00e4ytetyll\u00e4 laitteella ei ollut yhteytt\u00e4 chatin eik\u00e4 videovastaanoton k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyyteen. Sairaanhoitajapalvelu oli tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4sti parempi k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyydelt\u00e4\u00e4n kuin l\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ripalvelu. Eri internet-selainten v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ei ollut tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 eroa k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyydess\u00e4.
