T\u00e4ss\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvointi n\u00e4htiin suhteiden vuorovaikutuksessa rakentuvana ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4. Ty\u00f6paikan vuorovaikutussuhteet puolestaan m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n interpersonaalisina suhteina, joista ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n tiimit rakentuvat. Koska terveydenhuollon organisaatioiden tiimeiss\u00e4 ty\u00f6skennell\u00e4\u00e4n paljon kokouksissa, ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin n\u00e4htiin rakentuvan suhteiden vuorovaikutuksen lis\u00e4ksi kokousvuorovaikutuksessa tiimien vuorovaikutussuhteissa. Tutkimusaineisto koostui kahden eri tiimin yksitt\u00e4isten kokousten havainnoinnista, sek\u00e4 tiimien 12 eri j\u00e4senen yksil\u00f6haastatteluista. Tutkielma toteutettiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 kahta eri analyysimenetelm\u00e4\u00e4. Havainnoitu aineisto analysoitiin vuorovaikutusanalyysin avulla, ja toteutettiin laadullisen sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin keinoin. Haastatteluaineisto analysoitiin laadullisella sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4. Tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvointia rakentava vuorovaikutus terveydenhuollon organisaation tiimeiss\u00e4 on osallistavaa, ty\u00f6teht\u00e4vien toteuttamista tukevaa ja relationaalista vuorovaikutusta, ja se ilmenee yhteisen asiantuntijuuden rakentumista vahvistavissa, suhteen syvyytt\u00e4 ilment\u00e4viss\u00e4 ja turvallisuutta tukevissa vuorovaikutussuhteissa. Tutkielman tulosten perusteella yksil\u00f6ill\u00e4 on erilaisia tarpeita ja odotuksia, ja n\u00e4ihin odotuksiin ja tarpeisiin vastaaminen vuorovaikutussuhteissa rakentaa ty\u00f6hyvinvointia. Vaikka terveydenhuollon organisaatioissa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t voivat olla hierarkkisesti eri asemissa, ty\u00f6hyvinvointia rakentavat tasa-arvoisuuteen pyrkiv\u00e4 vuorovaikutus ja moniammatillinen yhteisty\u00f6. Koska ty\u00f6 terveydenhuollon organisaatioissa on kuormittavaa, tuen antaminen ja saaminen ovat merkityksellisi\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 jaksamisen kannalta. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkielma lis\u00e4\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, millainen vuorovaikutus rakentaa ty\u00f6hyvinvointia ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n vuorovaikutussuhteissa. Koska ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat organisaatioiden t\u00e4rkein resurssi, heid\u00e4n ty\u00f6hyvinvointiinsa tulee kiinnitt\u00e4\u00e4 erityist\u00e4 huomiota ty\u00f6paikasta riippumatta.
