T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi tutkielmassa tutustutaan miten teko\u00e4lyn hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen vaikuttaa asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Tutkielma pyrki vastaamaan kysymyksen: \u201dMiten teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 asiakaspalvelussa?\u201d. Tutkielma on toteutettu kirjallisuuskatsauksena. Artificial intelligence has developed a lot over the years, and it is used to an ever-increasing extent in various business-related tasks, such as customer service. The thesis discusses the benefits and possible disadvantages of artificial intelligence from a customer service point of view. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis was to find out in which ways artificial in- telligence is used in customer service, and what disadvantages limit its use. In addition to this, the thesis examines how the use of artificial intelligence affects customer satisfaction. The study sought to answer the question: \"How artificial intelligence can be utilized in customer service?\". The thesis has been conducted as a literature review. The results of the study revealed that artificial intelligence in customer service offers new opportunities above all in enhancing customer service, but its use also contains limiting factors, especially in relation to information security and customer satisfaction.
