Lis\u00e4ksi tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten ryhmien k\u00e4sitykset eroavat toisistaan. K\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 vertailtiin my\u00f6s Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteisiin 2014. Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin avoimella s\u00e4hk\u00f6isell\u00e4 lomakkeella ja 39 vastausta analysoitiin fenomenografisesti.\n\nAineistosta syntyi kokonainen kuvauskategoria, joka jakautui yl\u00e4tason kategorioiksi syyt, sis\u00e4ll\u00f6t ja haasteet. Syyt jakautuivat keskitason kategorioiksi yhteiskunta, yhdenvertaisuus, vuorovaikutus, opetuksen suunnittelu sek\u00e4 arviointi. Sis\u00e4ll\u00f6t-kategoria koostui keskitason kategorioista k\u00e4yt\u00f6n tavat, turvallisuus, TVT-taidot sek\u00e4 integrointi. Haasteet-kategoria muodostui, kun keskitason kategoriat laitteet, oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6t, asenteet, opettajat ja oppilaat yhdistettiin.\n\nLuokanopettajaopiskelijoiden ja luokanopettajien k\u00e4sitykset olivat melko samankaltaisia, erona oli kuitenkin ty\u00f6ss\u00e4k\u00e4yvien laajemmat k\u00e4sitykset. Tutkittavilla oli joistakin asioista eri k\u00e4sitykset. Esimerkiksi luokanopettajista suurin osa ajatteli TVT:t\u00e4 olevan liian v\u00e4h\u00e4n, kun taas opiskelijat ajattelivat sit\u00e4 olevan jopa liikaa. Kolmantena tutkimuskysymyksen\u00e4 oli k\u00e4sitysten ja perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman vertailu. Ne vastasivat melko hyvin toisiaan. Huomion arvoista on ohjelmoinnin mainintojen suppea m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "This study investigated the perceptions of primary school teacher students and practicing primary school teachers regarding the teaching of information and communication technology (ICT) in primary education. \n\nAdditionally, the aim was to examine the differences in perceptions between these two groups. The perceptions were also compared to the National Core Curriculum for Basic Education 2014. The data for the study was collected through an open electronic form, and 39 responses were analysed using a phenomenographic approach.\n\nFrom the data, a comprehensive descriptive category emerged, which was divided into higher-level categories: reasons, contents, and challenges. The reasons category was further divided into intermediate-level categories: society, equality, interaction, instructional design, and assessment. The contents category consisted of intermediate-level categories: modes of use, safety, ICT skills, and integration. The challenges category emerged when the intermediate-level categories of devices, learning environments, attitudes, teachers, and students were combined.\n\nThe perceptions of primary school teacher students and practicing primary school teachers were quite similar, although the working teachers had broader perceptions. However, there were some differences in their views on certain aspects. For example, most teachers thought there was too little ICT, while students believed there was even too much of it. The third research question focused on comparing the perceptions with the Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines, and they were fairly consistent with each other.
