Tarkoituksena oli lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, millaisia merkityksi\u00e4 monimuotoisuus ja monimuotoisuuden johtaminen saavat henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaisten n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli kuvata monimuotoisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n rekrytointia sek\u00e4 sit\u00e4, miten monimuotoisuus saadaan juurrutettua osaksi organisaation rekrytointik\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena haastattelututkimuksena, jossa haastateltiin kahdeksaa henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaista kahdeksasta eri organisaatiosta. Haastattelut toteutettiin teemahaastatteluina tammi-helmikuussa 2023. Analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 toimi sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi.\nTutkimuksessa nousee esiin, ett\u00e4 monimuotoisuus itsess\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 arvona, mutta sen hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 perustellaan enimm\u00e4kseen organisaation liiketoiminnallisten hy\u00f6tyjen kautta. Henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaiset pit\u00e4v\u00e4t monimuotoista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6\u00e4 v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n\u00e4 kilpailukykyisen toiminnan kannalta. Henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaiset korostavat monimuotoisuuden johtamisen merkityst\u00e4 monimuotoisuusty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja tutkimuksessa nouseekin esiin erilaisia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n keinoja monimuotoisuuden johtamiselle.\nTutkimuksesta voidaan nostaa useita kehitysehdotuksia monimuotoiselle rekrytoinnille, joiden avulla monimuotoisuutta tukevia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4 voidaan juurruttaa rekrytointiin. Erityisesti rekrytointi-ilmoitus sek\u00e4 haastattelut n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n keskeisin\u00e4, kun rekrytoinnista halutaan tehd\u00e4 mahdollisimman tasavertaista. Rekrytoijien ennakkoluulot n\u00e4htiin tutkimuksessa suurena haasteena. Koulutukset sek\u00e4 omien ja muiden ajatusten haastaminen n\u00e4htiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4, kun rekrytointisyrjint\u00e4\u00e4 halutaan v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4. Neurodiversiteetin parempi huomioiminen rekrytoinnissa sek\u00e4 rekrytoijien ja rekrytoivien esihenkil\u00f6iden monimuotoisuusosaamisen kehitt\u00e4minen n\u00e4htiin merkitt\u00e4vin\u00e4 kehityskohteina organisaatioissa. Tutkimus osoittaa, ett\u00e4 monissa organisaatioissa ollaan viel\u00e4 hyvin alkuvaiheissa monimuotoisuusty\u00f6n suhteen.
