Vaikka teko\u00e4lyn potentiaalisia hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 ja sen tuoman muutoksen yritysmarkkinointiin on vaikeata kiist\u00e4\u00e4, monet yritykset eiv\u00e4t ole toistaiseksi ottaneet teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n yritysmarkkinoinnissa. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa perehdyttiin haasteisiin, jotka vaikeuttivat teko\u00e4lyn k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoa ja sen soveltamista yritysmarkkinoinnissa. Tutkielma toteutettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksena. Tiedonkeruussa hy\u00f6dynnettiin tutkimusartikkeleita ja tutkimuskirjallisuutta. Tutkielmassa vastattiin kahteen p\u00e4\u00e4tutkimuskysymykseen, jotka ovat: \u201d Mink\u00e4laisia k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6noton haasteita teko\u00e4lyll\u00e4 on yritysmarkkinoinnissa?\u201d ja \u201d Miksi teko\u00e4lyn k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 on toistaiseksi rajallista yritysmarkkinoinnissa?\u201d. Tutkielmassa m\u00e4\u00e4ritettiin k\u00e4sitteet teko\u00e4ly ja yritysmarkkinointi, mink\u00e4 j\u00e4lkeen vastattiin tutkimuskysymyksiin. Tutkielmassa todettiin, ett\u00e4 huolimatta teko\u00e4lyn suuresta potentiaalista yritysmarkkinoinnissa, sen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoa vaikeuttaa datan heikkolaatuisuus, asiakkaiden yksityissuojan vaarantuminen ja vaikeudet digitaalisen infrastruktuurin p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4misess\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkielmassa todettiin, ett\u00e4 rajalliseen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n vaikutti yrityksen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n osaamisen p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4minen ja teko\u00e4lyn vaatimat suuret rahalliset alkusijoitukset. Rapid improvements in computer power and the development of new applications have influenced the use of artificial intelligence in business and marketing. While the potential benefits of artificial intelligence and the change it brings to business-to-business marketing are hard to dispute, many companies have not yet adopted artificial intelligence in various business-to-business marketing activities. This thesis addressed the challenges that hindered the adoption and application of artificial intelligence in business-to-business marketing. The thesis is conducted as a literature review. Research articles and research literature are utilized in data collection. The thesis answered two main research questions, which were: \" What are the challenges of artificial intelligence adoption in business-to-business marketing?\" and \" Why is the use of artificial intelligence so far limited in business-to-business marketing?\". The thesis defines the concepts of artificial intelligence and business-to-business marketing after which the research questions are answered. The thesis concludes that despite the great potential of artificial intelligence in business-to-business marketing, its adoption is hampered by the poor quality of data, concerns about customer privacy and the difficulties in updating the digital infrastructure around artificial intelligence. In addition, this thesis concludes that upgrading the skills of the company\u00b4s staff and the high initial financial investment required for artificial intelligence makes adoption difficult.
