T\u00e4m\u00e4 on usein nopein ja edullisin tapa arvioida asiakkaan liikkumista, kuten esimerkiksi k\u00e4vely\u00e4, mutta se on altis virhetulkinnoille. T\u00e4ten kiinnostus puettavaa liikesensoriikkaa, kuten IMU-laitteita (inertial measurement unit) kohtaan on kasvanut viimeisten vuosien aikana. Huolimatta monista mahdollisista hy\u00f6dyist\u00e4, niiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notossa ja hyv\u00e4ksymisess\u00e4 on edelleen haasteita terveydenhuollon ammattilaisten keskuudessa. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kuvata yksityissektorin fysioterapeuttien k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 puettavasta liikesensoriikasta ja sen k\u00e4yt\u00f6n mahdollisuuksista asiakasty\u00f6ss\u00e4.\n\nTutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena haastattelututkimuksena, johon osallistui yhteens\u00e4 seitsem\u00e4n yksityissektorilla ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4\u00e4 fysioterapeuttia. Tutkittavat rekrytointiin Karelia ammattikorkeakoulun VaPa- hankkeen ty\u00f6pajoista, miss\u00e4 fysioterapeutit p\u00e4\u00e4siv\u00e4t kokeilemaan puettavan liikesensoriikan laitteita k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ss\u00e4. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin yksil\u00f6llisill\u00e4 teemahaastatteluina touko- kes\u00e4kuussa 2022. Haastattelut litteroitiin sanatarkasti ja aineisto analysoitiin refleksiivisen temaattisen analyysin avulla. \n\nTutkimuksen keskeisen\u00e4 tuloksena syntyi kolme p\u00e4\u00e4teemaa; I) puettavan liikesensoriikan hyv\u00e4ksytt\u00e4vyyden ehdot II) puettava liikesensoriikka fysioterapeutin apuv\u00e4lineen\u00e4 III) puettava liikesensoriikka liiketoiminnan tukena. Alateemoja syntyi kahdeksan; \u201dterapia-aika on asiakkaan aikaa\u201d, \u201dk\u00e4ytt\u00f6varmuus on k\u00e4yt\u00f6n edellytys\u201d, \u201dsensori on silm\u00e4\u00e4 tarkempi\u201d, \u201d mittausdatan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen toimintakyvyn arvioinnissa\u201d, \u201dpuettava liikesensoriikka oman havainnointikyvyn kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4\u201d, \u201dfysioterapia-alan muuttuva asiakkuus\u201d, \u201duusi teknologia yrityksen imagon kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4\u201d ja \u201dpuettava sensoriikka yrityksen uudenlaisen liiketoiminnan kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4\u201d. Aineistossa korostui k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aikomukseen vaikuttavana tekij\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6n helppous k\u00e4ytt\u00f6kelpoisuuden sijaan, koska laitteen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6kokemusta todellisessa asiakaskontekstissa ei arvioitu. Tutkimuksen tulokset lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 yksityissektorilla ty\u00f6skentelevien fysioterapeuttien k\u00e4sityksist\u00e4 puettavan liikesensoriikan k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 asiakasty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja mahdollisesta k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aikomuksesta.\n\nKeskeinen tekij\u00e4 puettavan liikesensoriikan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aikomukselle on sen hyv\u00e4 k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vyys, joka korostuu yksityissektorin asiakaskontekstissa. Uusi teknologia, kuten puettava liikesensoriikka, voi auttaa fysioterapeutteja oman havainnointikyvyn kehittymisess\u00e4 ja helpottaa siten tunnistamaan my\u00f6s pieni\u00e4 muutoksia asiakkaan liikkumisessa, mit\u00e4 silm\u00e4 ei v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 havaitse. This is often the fastest and cheapest way to assess the client's movement, such as walking, but it is prone to misinterpretation. Thus, interest in wearable motion sensors, such as IMUs (inertial measurement units), has grown over the past few years. Despite the many potential benefits, there are still challenges in their implementation and acceptance among healthcare professionals. The purpose of this study was to describe private-sector physiotherapists' perceptions of wearable motion sensors and the possibilities of using them in client work.\n\nThe research was carried out as a qualitative interview study, in which a total of seven physiotherapists working in the private sector participated. Candidates for recruitment from Karelia University of Applied Sciences' VaPa project workshops, where physiotherapists got to try wearable motion sensor devices in practice. The material was collected in individual-themed interviews in May-June 2022. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and the material was analyzed using reflexive thematic analysis.\n\nAs a central result of the research, three main themes emerged; I) conditions for the acceptability of wearable motion sensors II) wearable motion sensors as a physiotherapist's aid III) wearable motion sensors as business support. Eight sub-themes emerged; \"therapy time is the customer's time\", \"reliability is a prerequisite for use\", \"the sensor is more accurate than the eye\", \"utilization of measurement data in the assessment of functional ability\", \"wearable motion sensors for the development of one's perception\", \"the changing customer base of the physiotherapy industry\", \"new technology for the company image development\" and \"wearable sensors in the development of the company's new kind of business\". The data emphasized ease of use instead of usability as a factor affecting the intention to use because the user experience of the device in a real customer context was not evaluated. \n\nA key factor for the intention to use wearable motion sensors is their good usability, which is highlighted in the private sector customer context. New technology, such as wearable motion sensors, can help physiotherapists develop their perception and thus recognize even small changes in the client's movement, which the eye may not detect. Small changes can promote the client's motivation in his rehabilitation process.
