T\u00e4ss\u00e4 kandidaatintutkielmassa tutkittiin, miten teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 digitaalisessa markkinoinnissa ja mit\u00e4 etuja teko\u00e4lyn hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen tuo digitaaliseen markkinointiin. Tutkielma toteutettiin kuvailevana kirjallisuuskatsauksena. Tutkimuksessa selvisi, ett\u00e4 teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 kaikissa digitaalisen markkinoinnin menetelmiss\u00e4, esimerkiksi suositteluj\u00e4rjestelmien, chatbottien, avainsanaty\u00f6kalujen, automatisoidun sis\u00e4ll\u00f6ntuotannon sek\u00e4 markkinoinnin personoinnin muodossa. Tutkimuksessa havaittiin teko\u00e4lyn hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misen madaltavan digitaalisen markkinoinnin kustannuksia, s\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4v\u00e4n aikaa sek\u00e4 mahdollisesti my\u00f6s kasvattavan yritysten tulosta. Teko\u00e4lyn havaittiin antavan yrityksille mahdollisuuden valtavien tietom\u00e4\u00e4rien k\u00e4sittelyyn tavalla, joka ilman teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 ei olisi mahdollista. Since the utilization of artificial intelligence is still a relatively new phenomenon in digital marketing, not all marketers have a comprehensive understanding of its use in digital marketing. This bachelor\u2019s thesis investigated how artificial intelligence can be utilized in digital marketing and what advantages the utilization of artificial intelligence brings to digital marketing. The thesis was carried out as a descriptive literature review. The research revealed that artificial intelligence can be utilized in all digital marketing methods, for example, in the form of recommendation systems, chatbots, keyword tools, automatic content production and marketing personalization. The research found that the utilization of artificial intelligence lowers the costs of digital marketing, saves time, and possibly also increases companies profit. Artificial intelligence was found to enable the companies to process huge amounts of data in a way that would not be possible without artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence was also seen to increase the creativity of digital marketing by offering, for example, the possibility of predicting trends and automatic content production.
