Anonyymi rekrytointi on vastuullinen rekrytointimenetelm\u00e4, jonka tarkoituksena on varmistaa syrjim\u00e4t\u00f6n ja yhdenvertainen rekrytointiprosessi organisaatiossa. Anonyymin rekrytoinnin tutkiminen on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 ja perusteltua yhdenvertaisen, tasa-arvoisen ja syrjim\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edist\u00e4miseksi.\n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4, mit\u00e4 anonyymin rekrytoinnin taustalla on ja mink\u00e4lainen prosessi anonyymi rekrytointi on valtionhallinnossa. Tavoitteena on tuottaa tieteellist\u00e4 tietoa, jonka pohjalta voidaan lis\u00e4t\u00e4 tietoisuutta ja ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 anonyymista rekrytoinnista valtionhallinnon kontekstissa. Tutkimuksen tuloksia voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 yhdenvertaisten ja syrjim\u00e4tt\u00f6mien rekrytointik\u00e4yt\u00e4nteiden sek\u00e4 rekrytoinnin parissa ty\u00f6skentelevien rekrytointiosaamisen ja asiantuntijuuden kehitt\u00e4miseen. Tutkimus on toteutettu laadullisena tutkimuksena haastattelemalla kuutta (6) valtionhallinnon rekrytoinnin parissa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4\u00e4 toimijaa. Tutkimukseen osallistuminen on edellytt\u00e4nyt, ett\u00e4 organisaatioissa on kokeiltu anonyymia rekrytointia ja haastateltavilla on kokemusta tai tiet\u00e4myst\u00e4 anonyymista rekrytoinnista organisaatiossaan.\n\nTutkimuksen tulosten mukaan organisaatioissa ja julkisella sektorilla laajemmin k\u00e4ydyt vastuullisuuskeskustelut sek\u00e4 yhdenvertaisuus- ja tasa-arvosuunnitelmien ty\u00f6st\u00e4minen ovat mahdollisesti johtaneet tutkimukseen osallistuneissa organisaatioissa anonyymin rekrytoinnin kokeiluihin. Anonyymin rekrytoinnin taustaa koskeviin tuloksiin liittyy kuitenkin ep\u00e4varmuutta, mink\u00e4 vuoksi tutkimusta anonyymin rekrytoinnin taustasta tarvitaan lis\u00e4\u00e4. Tulosten mukaan anonyymi rekrytointi on valtionhallinon organisaatioissa prosessina normaalin rekrytointiprosessin mukainen, mutta hakemusten anonymisointi vaikuttaa erityisesti rekrytoinnin toimijoiden ty\u00f6njakoon, hakemusten k\u00e4sittelyyn sek\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoon.
