T\u00e4m\u00e4 tapaustutkimus selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 yhden organisaation media-alan opettajien ja opiskelijoiden n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 siit\u00e4, miten eri opetussis\u00e4lt\u00f6j\u00e4 ja -toimintoja halutaan opetettavan: l\u00e4hiopetuksessa, webinaareissa vai itsen\u00e4isesti verkko-opetuksena. Toiseksi haluttiin selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mitk\u00e4 opiskelijaryhm\u00e4t ovat halukkaimpia ja kykenev\u00e4isimpi\u00e4 opiskelemaan itseohjautuvilla opetusmetodeilla.\nTutkimus toteutettiin kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2023 media-alan opettajille ja opiskelijoille suunnatulla verkkokyselyll\u00e4. Kyselyyn vastasi opettajista 76 % (16) ja opiskelijoista 35 % (138). \nTutkimuksen tuloksista k\u00e4y ilmi, ett\u00e4 l\u00e4hiopetukseen halutaan aikaan ja paikkaan sidotut opetussis\u00e4ll\u00f6t, ryhm\u00e4ty\u00f6t, alkeis- ja perusopinnot sek\u00e4 teknisten laitteiden opetus (kamerat ja painokoneet). Syvent\u00e4vi\u00e4 opintoja, teoria-aineita ja opintoteht\u00e4vi\u00e4 voidaan toteuttaa et\u00e4n\u00e4. N\u00e4ytt\u00f6jen ohjeistus sek\u00e4 henkil\u00f6kohtainen palaute koettiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4ksi k\u00e4yd\u00e4 l\u00e4pi edelleen kasvokkain. \nEt\u00e4opetukselle suositeltavat ryhm\u00e4t ovat 3. ja 4. vuoden opiskelijat ja aikuisopiskelijat. However, the amount of researched information decreases when moving to a practical perspective. The purpose of this case study is to present the perspectives of teachers and students in the media sector of one organization regarding how they would like to teach and be taught different contents and activities: face-to-face, through webinars, or on their own through the Internet. The case study also sought to understand which student groups are most willing and capable of studying independently.\nA survey was conducted online in the spring of 2023 among teachers and students in the media department. The survey was completed by 76% of teachers (16) and 35% of students (138). \nResearchers found that teaching tasks tied to time and place, group work, initial classes, or teaching of technical equipment are preferred as face-to-face teaching. Studies in advanced subjects, theory subjects, and assignments may be conducted remotely. Furthermore, the study revealed that receiving personal feedback in person was important.\nDistance education is recommended for students in their third and fourth years of study, as well as for adults. In order to differentiate teaching, distance and independent study can be used right from the beginning of the educational process for more advanced students. The fields of study where tasks are normally performed independently, such as photography and graphic design demonstrated the greatest willingness to participate in distance education.
