Monet organisaatiot kamppailevat kuitenkin erilaisten rekrytointihaasteiden kanssa ja eri toimialoilla on pulaa osaajista. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkittiin liikunta-alalla toimivan organisaation rekrytointia. Tarkastelun kohteena olivat organisaation rekrytointiprosessi, rekrytoinnissa kohdatut haasteet, yksil\u00f6n yhteensopivuus ty\u00f6h\u00f6n ja organisaatioon sek\u00e4 rekrytoinnin merkitys organisaatiolle. Tavoitteena oli muodostaa kokonaisvaltainen n\u00e4kemys organisaation rekrytoinnista. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena ja empiirinen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kahdeksalla teemahaastattelulla tammi-helmikuussa 2023. Haastateltavat olivat kohdeorganisaatiossa ty\u00f6skentelevi\u00e4 esihenkil\u00f6it\u00e4 ja asiantuntijoita, joiden ty\u00f6nkuvaan kuuluu rekrytointia. Analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4. Tutkimusraportissa kuvataan kohdeorganisaation rekrytointiprosessi ja peilataan sit\u00e4 aiempaan kirjallisuuteen. Tutkimuksen aineistosta nousi esille my\u00f6s useita rekrytoinnin haasteita, joista merkitt\u00e4vimm\u00e4ksi osoittautui hakijoiden v\u00e4hyys. Kaikki haastateltavat olivat kohdanneet rekrytointiprosessissa hakijoita, joiden he ajattelivat sopivan ty\u00f6h\u00f6n ja organisaatioon joko erityisen hyvin tai erityisen huonosti, ja yksil\u00f6n yhteensopivuutta arvioitiin rekrytointiprosessin aikana. Rekrytoinnin ajateltiin olevan kriittist\u00e4 organisaation toiminnan ja menestymisen kannalta, ja lis\u00e4ksi sill\u00e4 ajateltiin olevan iso merkitys ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n ilmapiirin muodostumisessa. Tutkimus vahvisti ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 rekrytointiprosessin muodostumisesta organisaatioissa sek\u00e4 toi n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia rekrytointiin liikunta-alalla.
