Sosiaalista myynti\u00e4 kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litysalalla ei ole tutkittu aikaisemmin, jonka vuoksi tutkimus p\u00e4\u00e4tettiin toteuttaa siit\u00e4 kontekstista. Kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4n ty\u00f6 on hyvin ihmiskeskeist\u00e4 ty\u00f6t\u00e4, jossa vaaditaan taitoa suoriutua eri vuorovaikutustilanteista sek\u00e4 olla tietyll\u00e4 tapaa sensuelli. Kiinteist\u00f6v\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4 on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 omata my\u00f6s jonkinlainen henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndi, joka pitk\u00e4ll\u00e4 aikav\u00e4lill\u00e4 helpottaa oman ty\u00f6n tekemist\u00e4. N\u00e4m\u00e4 liittyv\u00e4t vahvasti sosiaaliseen myyntiin, johon tutkimus pyrkii antamaan syv\u00e4llisemp\u00e4\u00e4 tietoa.\n T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kuvata, kuinka sosiaalista myynti\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ss\u00e4 kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litysalalla myyj\u00e4n n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta tarkasteltuna ja kuinka yrityksen strategiat tukevat t\u00e4t\u00e4. Tutkimus toteutettiin puolistrukturoiduilla teemahaastatteluilla. Kysymykset laadittiin aikaisempaan teoriaan pohjautuen. Haastateltavina oli 10 eri kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4\u00e4, joiden ty\u00f6kokemus vaihteli vuodesta 17 vuoteen kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litysalalla. Haastattelut toteutettiin kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2023.\n Tulokset osoittivat sen, ett\u00e4 sosiaalinen myynti linkitet\u00e4\u00e4n hyvin pitk\u00e4lti sosiaaliseen mediaan. Vaikka sosiaalinen media n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 tekij\u00e4n\u00e4 sosiaalisessa myynniss\u00e4, ei sit\u00e4 v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4 kuitenkaan niin paljon hy\u00f6dyksi kuin voisi. Sosiaalisen median lis\u00e4ksi t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 on kaikki vuorovaikutus mit\u00e4 asiakkaiden kanssa k\u00e4yd\u00e4\u00e4n. Kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4n tulee omata loistavat keskustelutaidot sek\u00e4 pyrki\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n asiakkaiden perimm\u00e4iset tarpeet, koska usein kyseess\u00e4 on asiakkaan suurin varallisuus, josta v\u00e4litt\u00e4j\u00e4 on vastuussa.
