Matalakoodialustoilla teht\u00e4v\u00e4 kehitysty\u00f6 on uusi ilmi\u00f6 ja\naihetta ei ole tieteellisesti tutkittu. Matalakoodialustat ovat olleet\norganisaatioiden sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyv\u00e4ss\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4. Matalakoodialustat ovat\nhelppok\u00e4ytt\u00f6isi\u00e4 ja usein kaikilla henkil\u00f6ill\u00e4 koko organisaation sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 on p\u00e4\u00e4sy\nniihin. Niill\u00e4 pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n tuottamaan matalalla ty\u00f6panoksella ty\u00f6prosesseja\nhelpottavia ratkaisuja. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tehd\u00e4\u00e4n kirjallisuuskatsaus\nmatalakoodialustoista sek\u00e4 arvonyhteisluomis- ja\narvonyhteistuhoamisteorioista. Arvonluonti ja arvontuhoamisteorioilla luodaan\ntieteellinen viitekehys tutkimuksen tutkimusosuudelle. Arvonyhteisluontiteoria\ntutkii, miten arvoa luodaan vuorovaikutussuhteessa toimittajan ja asiakkaan\nv\u00e4lill\u00e4. Arvonyhteisluonnissa arvo luodaan vuorovaikutuksessa eri aktoreiden\nv\u00e4lill\u00e4, joita t\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 tutkitaan matalakoodialustan kehitt\u00e4jien\nja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Arvonyhteistuhoamisessa on kyse arvon tuhoamisesta\nvuorovaikutussuhteessa. Tutkimusosuus toteutetaan laadullisina\nteemahaastatteluina organisaatiolle, joka toimii toimeksiantajana t\u00e4ss\u00e4\ntutkielmassa. Tutkielman tavoitteena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 matalakoodialustojen\narvonyhteisluontia ja arvonyhteistuhoamista organisaation sis\u00e4ll\u00e4. Tutkimus\ntullaan toteuttamaan tapaustutkimuksena kohdeorganisaatiolle. Low-code platforms are technologies that make it\npossible to create applications, reports and automated processes without\nprogramming experience. Low-code platforms create a service where different\nusers from different parts of the organization use the service, enhancing their\nown working methods. Development work on low-code platforms is a new\nphenomenon and the subject has not been scientifically studied. Low-code\nplatforms have been increasingly used within organizations. Low-code\nplatforms are easy to use and often everyone within the entire organization has\naccess to them. With them, it is possible to produce solutions that facilitate\nwork processes with a low labor input. In this study, a literature review of lowcode platforms and value co-creation and value co-destruction theories is\nconducted. Value creation and value destruction theories are used to create a\nscientific framework for the research part of the study. The value co-creation\ntheory examines how value is created in the interaction between supplier and\ncustomer. In value co-creation, value is created in the interaction between\ndifferent actors, which are investigated within this study between the\ndevelopers and users of the low-code platform. Co-destruction of value is about\ndestroying value in an interaction relationship. The research part is carried out\nas qualitative thematic interviews for the organization that acts as the client in\nthis thesis. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the value co-creation and value\nco-destruction of low-code platforms within the organization. The research will\nbe carried out as a case study for the target organization. The research uses\nthematic interviews and the thematic analysis method. The most central\nfindings of the study were that low-code platforms co-create and co-destroy\nvalue in many ways. Low-code platforms enable interaction within the\norganization, the outcome of which is either negative or positive.
