Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa selvitettiin luokanopettajan kokeman stressin ja ty\u00f6kokemuksen yhteytt\u00e4 opetustyyleihin. Opettajan opetustyylej\u00e4 tarkasteltiin l\u00e4mpimyyden, behavioraalisen kontrollin sek\u00e4 psykologisen kontrollin kautta. Oppilaiden psykososiaalista hyvinvointia tarkasteltiin prososiaalisuuden sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4in ja ulosp\u00e4in suuntautuvien k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen haasteiden kautta.\nTutkimus on osa Teacher and Student Stress and Interaction in Classroom (TESSI) -tutkimushanketta. Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin luokanopettajilta vuosien 2020\u20132021 aikana kyselylomakkeilla, jotka kartoittivat opettajien opetustyylej\u00e4 ja oppilaiden psykososiaalista hyvinvointia. Otos koostui 436 kolmannen luokan oppilaasta ja heid\u00e4n 37 opettajastaan sek\u00e4 439 nelj\u00e4nnen luokan oppilaasta ja heid\u00e4n 36 opettajastaan. Aineisto analysoitiin kaksitasoisella monitasomallinnuksella sek\u00e4 kahden riippumattoman otoksen t-testill\u00e4.\nTilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4 tuloksia ilmeni nelj\u00e4nnell\u00e4 luokalla. Tulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 mit\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n nelj\u00e4nnen luokan opettajan opetustyyliss\u00e4 ilmeni l\u00e4mpimyytt\u00e4, sit\u00e4 v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n h\u00e4nen oppilaillaan oli sis\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4in suuntautuvia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen haasteita. Niill\u00e4 nelj\u00e4nnen luokan opettajilla, jotka eiv\u00e4t kokeneet lainkaan tai kokivat vain v\u00e4h\u00e4n stressi\u00e4, ilmeni enemm\u00e4n l\u00e4mpimyytt\u00e4 opetustyyliss\u00e4\u00e4n, kuin niill\u00e4 opettajilla, jotka kokivat keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ist\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n stressi\u00e4.
