Liiketoimintatiedon hallinalla (engl. businesss intelligence) viitataan ty\u00f6kaluihin ja teknologioihin, joiden avulla voidaan parantaa tiedon hallintaa, p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoa ja liiketoimintaa sek\u00e4 lis\u00e4t\u00e4 yrityksen arvoa. Tutkielma on suoritettu kuvailevana kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja sen tarkoituksena on l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 keinoja, miten liiketoiminta-tietoteknologioita ja -j\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 kaikkikanavaisuudessa ja etenkin kaikkikanavaisessa v\u00e4hitt\u00e4iskaupassa, sill\u00e4 molemmat k\u00e4sitteet liittyv\u00e4t vahvasti tiedon hallintaan ja sen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4miseen. Tutkielmassa l\u00f6ydettiin useita eri tapoja liiketoimintatiedon hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseen kaikkikanavaisen v\u00e4hitt\u00e4iskaupan tukena niin asiakkaan kuin organisaation n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. From the customer\u2019s perspective, this means that the customer can achieve the same shopping experience regardless of the channel. Business intelligence refers to the tools and technologies that can be used to achieve better information management, decision making, business performance and company value. This thesis has been conducted as a descriptive literature review and it aims to identify ways how business intelligence technologies and systems can be used in omnichannel and especially in omnichannel retailing, as both concepts are strongly related in managing and using information. The thesis identified several different ways of using business intelligence to support omnichannel retailing, both from customer\u2019s and organizations\u2019 perspective.
