Kouluissa tapahtunut \u201ddigiloikka\u201d merkitsi opetuksen ja oppimateriaalien mukauttamista p\u00e4ivittyneisiin opetussuunnitelmiin. Tarkoituksena ei ole en\u00e4\u00e4 pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n opettaa internetiin liittyvi\u00e4 teknisi\u00e4 aiheita, vaan my\u00f6s sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 digitaaliseen lukutaitoon, kyberturvallisuuteen ja kybertietoisuuteen liittyvi\u00e4 monialaisia taitoja. On siis selv\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 koulun hallinnon ja opetushenkil\u00f6st\u00f6n on osallistuttava kyberturvallisuus- ja kybertietoisuuden prosesseihin. \n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 kyberturvallisuuden ja tietoturvallisuuden opetuksen nykytila peruskoulutasolla Suomessa. Kirjallisuuskatsauksen lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa on suoritettu kyselytutkimus, jolla selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n, kuinka luokanopettajat ja aineenopettajat sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4v\u00e4t kyberturvallisuutta opetuksessaan. Tutkimuksessa oleva kyselytutkimus on tehty osana valtakunnallisen Kyberturvallisuuden kehitt\u00e4misohjelman jatkona ollutta hanketta. \n\nTutkimuksen tavoitteena oli saada mahdollisimman selke\u00e4 kuva siit\u00e4, kuinka paljon opettajat sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4v\u00e4t kyberturvallisuutta opetukseensa ja kokevatko he t\u00e4ydennyskoulutuksen kyberturvallisuuteen liittyen olleen riitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi selvitettiin, kokevatko opettajat opetussuunnitelman ohjeiden olevan riitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja mit\u00e4 mielt\u00e4 opettajat ovat siit\u00e4, pit\u00e4isik\u00f6 kyberturvallisuus olla osa kaikkea opetusta vai esiinty\u00e4 omana opetettavana aineena.\n\nTutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 opetussuunnitelmassa mainitut tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6n tavoitteet eri oppiaineiden sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t laveiksi, joten toteutustavat voivat vaihdella suuresti esimerkiksi eri kaupunkien v\u00e4lill\u00e4, puhumattakaan kaupungin sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 eri kouluissa. Kyselyn tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 peruskouluissa kyberturvallisuuden opettamisen sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4minen oppiaineen sallimissa rajoissa vaihtelee opettajien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 \u2013 osa ei sis\u00e4llyt\u00e4 kyberturvallisuutta opetukseensa lainkaan. Alakoulun opettajat sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4v\u00e4t kyberturvallisuutta enemm\u00e4n opetukseensa kuin yl\u00e4koulun aineenopettajat. Tutkimuksen lopuksi esitell\u00e4\u00e4n kaksi kehityspolkua, miten kyberturvallisuuden/tietoturvallisuuden opetusta voidaan kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 peruskouluopetuksessa. The \"digital leap\" that took place in schools meant adapting teaching and learning materials to updated curricula. The purpose is no longer only to teach technical subjects related to the internet, but also by including many kinds of skills related to digital literacy, cyber security, and cyber awareness. It is therefore clear that school administration and teaching staff must participate in cyber security and cyber awareness processes.\n\nThe purpose of this study is to find out the current state of cyber security and information security teaching at the primary school level in Finland. In addition to the literature review, the research has conducted a survey to find out how classroom teachers and subject teachers include cyber security in their teaching. The survey in the study was conducted as part of a project that was a continuation of the national Cyber Security Development Program.\n\nThe goal of the study was to get as clear picture as possible of how much teachers include cyber security in their teaching and whether they feel that the continuing education related to cyber security has been sufficient. In addition, it was asked whether the teachers feel that the instructions in the curriculum are sufficient and what the teachers think about whether cyber security should be a part of all teaching or should be taught as a separate subject.\n\nThe results of the study show that the goals for the use of information technology in different subjects, mentioned in the curricula, remain low, so the implementation methods can vary greatly, for example, between different cities, not to mention in different schools within the city. The results of the survey show that in primary schools, the inclusion of teaching cyber security within the limits allowed by the subject varies between teachers - some do not include cyber security in their teaching at all. Elementary school teachers include cyber security in their teaching more than middle school subject teachers. At the end of the study, two development paths are presented, how the teaching of cyber security/information security can be developed and increased in elementary school education.
