Palveluntarjoajia on Suomen markkinalla \njo useita ja kukin toteuttaa n\u00e4it\u00e4 palveluita hiukan omalla tavallaan.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus tarkastelee kuluttajien hedonisten motivaatioiden, ajan s\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4misen ja \nrahan s\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4misen motivaatioiden sek\u00e4 aikaisempien kokemuksien vaikutusta kulutta jien kokemiin k\u00e4tevyysmotivaatioihin sek\u00e4 pidempiin k\u00e4yt\u00f6n j\u00e4lkeisiin hy\u00f6tyihin. Lis\u00e4ksi selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4iden vaikutus asenteisiin sek\u00e4 lopulta asenteiden ja motivaatioiden \nvaikutus k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen ruokaverkkokaupan kotiinkuljetuspalveluja kohtaan.\nTutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kvantitatiivisin menetelmin verkkopohjaisella kyselylomakkeella ja ker\u00e4tty aineisto analysoitiin kvantitatiivisia menetelmi\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en. \nAnalysoidun aineiston perusteella muodostettiin sek\u00e4 mittausmalli ja rakenneyht\u00e4l\u00f6malli, jonka avulla aikaisemman tutkimuksen ja kirjallisuuden perusteella muodostettuja hypoteeseja testattiin.\nTutkimuksen perusteella voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 ruokaverkkokaupan kotiinkuljetuspalveluiden k\u00e4ytt\u00e4misen kontekstissa t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ovat palveluiden helppo k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notto, \nnopeus ja vaivattomuus sek\u00e4 positiiviset aikaisemmat kokemukset vastaavista palveluista.\nJatkossa aihetta tulisi tutkia suuremmalla otoskoolla ja mahdollisesti rajata vastaajat \ntietyn palvelun k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kuntaan sek\u00e4 vertailla jo palvelua k\u00e4ytt\u00e4vien kuluttajien motivaatioita sek\u00e4 asenteita sellaisiin kuluttajiin, jotka eiv\u00e4t viel\u00e4 kyseisi\u00e4 palveluita k\u00e4yt\u00e4.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.provenance", "value": "Submitted by Miia Hakanen (mihakane@jyu.fi) on 2023-04-20T11:42:39Z\nNo. of bitstreams: 0", "language": "en", "element": "description", "qualifier": "provenance", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.provenance", "value": "Made available in DSpace on 2023-04-20T11:42:39Z (GMT).
