T\u00e4m\u00e4n takia organisaatiokulttuurin muodostumista sek\u00e4 siihen vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 on tutkittu laajalti, mutta lis\u00e4tutkimuksia aiheesta tehd\u00e4\u00e4n edelleen, sill\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuurin m\u00e4\u00e4rittely voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 moninaisena ja kaikkia siihen vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ei ole tunnistettu. Organisaatiokulttuu-rin kehitt\u00e4minen on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 osa johtamista, sill\u00e4 se vaikuttaa suuresti organisaation toimintaan ja tehokkuuteen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n Pro Gradu-tutkielman tavoitteena on l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 yhteyksi\u00e4 johtamisen keinojen sek\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuurin muodostumisen v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Teoreettisessa kehyksess\u00e4 tarkastellaan l\u00e4hemmin organisaation, organisaatiokulttuurin sek\u00e4 johtamisen m\u00e4\u00e4ritelmi\u00e4, sek\u00e4 niiden eri tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, joilla on vaikutusta organisaatiokulttuurin muodos-tumiseen. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena ja aineisto koostettiin kohdeorganisaatiossa toteutetuista 13 teemahaastattelusta. Haastatteluiden avulla oli tarkoitus tunnistaa kohdeorganisaation organisaatiokulttuurin tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 niiden ja johtamisen v\u00e4linen yhteys. Haastattelut toteutettiin puolistrukturoituina teemahaastatteluina ja ker\u00e4tyn aineiston analysoinnissa k\u00e4ytettiin teemoittelua sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6n analyysia. Vastaajat edustivat johtoryhm\u00e4, esimies sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4/luottamusmies henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ryhmi\u00e4. Tulosten pohjalta voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 johtamisen keinoja organisaatiokulttuurin kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4 ovat esimerkiksi avoin kommunikointi, ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden osallistaminen p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoon, yhten\u00e4iset johtamisk\u00e4yt\u00e4nteet ja sis\u00e4isen viestinn\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4minen. Pohjimmiltaan t\u00e4m\u00e4 kaikki rakentuu yhteisen arvopohjan p\u00e4\u00e4lle, jolloin arvot ohjaavat toimintaa sek\u00e4 organi-saatiokulttuuria haluttuun suuntaan.
