Teknologian n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n edist\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimista ja samaan aikaan voivan aiheuttaa teknostressi\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jilleen. T\u00e4h\u00e4n p\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4n menness\u00e4 ei ole kyetty osoittamaan vakuuttavia todisteita siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 teknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 parantaisi oppimistuloksia. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 peruskoulun luokkahuoneessa esiintyvi\u00e4 teknostressi\u00e4 aiheuttavia tilanteita ja keinoja niiden lievent\u00e4miseksi opettajien ja asiantuntijoiden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Euroopan komission p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen sis\u00e4ltyvi\u00e4 teemoja, teknologinen varustus, verkkoyhteydet, opettajien ammatillinen kehitys ja digitaalinen sis\u00e4lt\u00f6, k\u00e4ytettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksen, haastattelurungon ja aineiston analysoinnin perustana. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 laadullisessa tutkimuksessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin fokusryhm\u00e4haastattelua tutkimusongelman selvitt\u00e4miseksi. Teknologioiden k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 aiheutuvista haitallisista vaikutuksista k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n termi\u00e4 teknostressi. Toistaiseksi teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 aiheutuvaa teknostressi\u00e4 ja sen lievent\u00e4miskeinoja on tutkittu v\u00e4h\u00e4isesti koulukontekstissa ja erityisen v\u00e4h\u00e4n peruskoulun luokkahuoneessa. \nTulokset osoittivat peruskoulun luokkahuoneessa esiintyv\u00e4n moninaisia teknostressi\u00e4 aiheuttavia tilanteita. Yleisin teknostressi\u00e4 aiheuttava tekij\u00e4 luokkahuoneessa liittyy teknologiseen varustukseen ja laitteisiin, kuten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jille vieraan tai tuntemattoman laitteen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n. Tutkimustuloksien mukaan parhaimmat keinot lievent\u00e4\u00e4 teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 aiheutuvaa teknostressi\u00e4 ovat harjoitteleminen, varasuunnitelman laatiminen ja riitt\u00e4v\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 saatavilla olevia kunnollisia ja ajan tasalla olevia laitteita. Aikaisempien tutkimuksien mukaan teknostressi m\u00e4\u00e4ritell\u00e4\u00e4n teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 aiheutuvaksi stressiksi. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa uutena n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmana selvisi, ett\u00e4 konkreettisen teknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00e4misen sijaan yksil\u00f6n tarvitsee vain ajatella teknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 kokeakseen teknostressi\u00e4. The European Commission's decision in 2018 to enrich primary school classrooms with technology has brought with it both good and bad effects on the learning environment. Technology is seen to promote learning but at the same time can cause technostress for its users. There is still no convincing evidence that the use of technology improves learning outcomes. The purpose of this research was to find out the situations in the primary school classroom that cause technostress and ways to mitigate them from the perspective of teachers and experts. The themes included in the European Commission's decision: digital technology equipment, network requirements, professional development of teachers, and access to content were used as the basis for the literature review, interview, and analysis. In this qualitative research, a focus group interview was used to clarify the research problem. The term technostress is used for the harmful effects caused by the use of technologies. So far, technostress and its mitigation methods have been little studied in the school context, and especially little in the primary school classroom. \nThe results showed that a variety of situations causing technostress occur in the primary school classroom. The most common factor causing technostress in the classroom is related to technological equipment and devices, such as using a device that is foreign or unknown to the users. According to the research results, the best ways to mitigate the technostress caused by using technology are training, preparing a backup plan, and having a sufficient number of decent and up-to-date devices available. According to previous studies, technostress is defined as stress that individuals experience due to their use of technology. In this research, as a new perspective, it was found that instead of using technology, an individual only needs to think about using technology to experience technostress.
