This Bachelors' Thesis will cover the ways in which companies can acquire customer data and what sort of capacity companies need in order to use the acquired data in their marketing. This Thesis will also go over what sort of customer data can be collected and where it can be collected from. The customer data can be used in targeted marketing and analysing the effectiveness of marketing.
