Samalla menetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4 tutkittiin 20, 50 ja 300 nm paksuisia Al2O3 / TiO2-nanolaminaatteja ja t\u00e4ss\u00e4kin r\u00f6ntgenl\u00e4hteen parametrit 15 kV 133,33 \u03bcA osoittautuivat parhaaksi. Lis\u00e4ksi Al2O3 / TiO2-nanolaminaattien XRF-spektreist\u00e4 pystyttiin osoittamaan kvalitatiivisesti ep\u00e4puhtautena esiintyv\u00e4 kloori.
