Vaikka parannuskeinoa autismille ei ole, voidaan siihen liittyvi\u00e4 oireita kuntouttaa. Perinteisien kuntoutuskeinojen lis\u00e4ksi kuntoutukseen on kehitetty lukuisia laajennettuun todellisuuteen perustuvia j\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4. Laajennettu todellisuus jaetaan virtuaalitodellisuuteen, lis\u00e4ttyyn todellisuuteen ja tehostettuun todellisuuteen. Se mahdollistaa interaktiivisten ja vaihtelevasti immersiivisten tilanteiden ja maailmojen kokemisen. Laajennetun todellisuuden j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t tarjoavat autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6n kuntoutukseen turvallisen ja kontrolloitavan alustan, jossa kuntoutusta voidaan suorittaa. Lis\u00e4ksi t\u00e4m\u00e4 on perinteiseen terapiaan n\u00e4hden kustannustehokas kuntoutustapa. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tavoite on kartoittaa, millaisia virtuaalitodellisuusj\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 ja lis\u00e4tyn todellisuuden j\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 viime vuosina on kehitetty autismikirjon henkil\u00f6iden kuntoutukseen. Erityisesti j\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 tarkastellaan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6liittym\u00e4laitteiden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Tutkielma antaa yleiskuvaa siit\u00e4, mit\u00e4 laitteita n\u00e4iss\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelmiss\u00e4 tyypillisesti k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n ja mihin kuntoutuksen kohteeseen n\u00e4m\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n kohdistuvat. Tarkastellut laajennetun todellisuuden j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t on etsitty IEEE xploresta ja ne on julkaistu vuodesta 2012 l\u00e4htien. J\u00e4rjestelmiss\u00e4 k\u00e4ytetyt k\u00e4ytt\u00f6liittym\u00e4laitteet on eritelty taulukkoon sis\u00e4\u00e4ntulo ja ulostulolaitteisiin. Taulukoissa esitet\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s jokaisen j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n tarkempi kuntoutuskohde ja VR-j\u00e4rjestelmien kohdalla neliasteisella asteikolla niiden immersiivisyys. Even though there is no remedy for autism, its symptoms can be rehabilitated. Alongside of traditional ways of rehabilitation, numerous extended reality based systems have been developed. Extended reality is divided into virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. Extended reality allows for experiencing interactive and varyingly immersive situations and worlds. Extended reality based systems offer autism spectrum disorder rehabilitation safe and controllable environments. Additionally, the costs are lower compared to traditional forms of rehabilitation. The purpose of this thesis is to chart what kinds of extended reality based systems have been developed for autism spectrum disorder rehabilitation in recent years. The systems are examined especially from a user interface device perspective. This thesis presents a general view of what devices are used in the systems under examination and what symptoms these systems target. The systems under examination have been searched from IEEE explore and have been published since the year 2012. The user interface devices used in these systems are divided into input and output devices and put into a table. The table also includes the system\u2019s target of rehabilitation and regarding the VR systems, their immersiveness. This thesis provides a view of user interface devices used in both VR and AR systems designed for rehabilitation of autism.
