Tutkielman hypoteesi olettaa, ett\u00e4 asiakkaan oppiessa jotain uutta tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ominaisuuksista h\u00e4nen arvostuksensa tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4 ja sen j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4ominaisuuksia kohtaan muuttuu. Tutkielman kirjallisuuskatsauksessa esitell\u00e4\u00e4n asiakkaan arvonluontiprosessiin liittyvi\u00e4 konsepteja, ja kuinka ne liittyv\u00e4t asiakkaan kykyyn oppia. Teoreettisen taustoituksen luvussa esitelt\u00e4vi\u00e4 konsepteja ovat arvo, arvon yhteisluonti, palvelukeskeinen logiikka, asiakasoppiminen sek\u00e4 kuluttajatietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4. Kirjallisuuskatsauksen lopuksi esitell\u00e4\u00e4n konsepteja mukaillen teoreettinen viitekehys, jossa osoitetaan, kuinka asiakkaan arvostus tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4 kohtaan muuttuu oppimisen vaikutuksesta, ja kuinka palveluntarjoaja voi saada tietoa asiakkaan arvonluontiprosesseista kuluttajatietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4miseksi. Pro gradu -tutkielman empiirisess\u00e4 osassa suoritetaan m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llinen kyselytutkimus ja testataan kirjallisuuskatsauksen viitekehyst\u00e4 laatimalla verkkokysely, johon osallistui 191 vastaajaa. Kyselyss\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n erilaisia testej\u00e4: ranking, semanttinen differentiaali, sek\u00e4 Choice Based Conjoint -testej\u00e4. Kysely muodostuu kahdesta osasta, jotta voidaan vertailla muuttujia ennen ja j\u00e4lkeen asiakasoppimisen. Asiakasoppimisen tukena hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimusta varten laadittuja oppimisresursseja. Kyselyn vastaajat jaetaan nelj\u00e4\u00e4n vertailuryhm\u00e4\u00e4n oppimisresurssinsa perusteella, jotta erilaisten oppimisresurssien vaikutuksia voidaan vertailla toisiinsa. The hypothesis of this study suggests that when a customer learn something new about a particular information system, the customer begins to value the information system differently. In the literature review, the study explores concepts related directly to customer value creation process, such as value, value co-creation, service-dominant logic, customer learning and customer information system. Utilizing these concepts, the study introduces a theoretical framework that attempts to explain how customer learning affects the customer's value of information systems, and how a service provider can gather information about the customer's value creation processes in order to aid customer information system development. The empirical study of the master's thesis tests the suggested theoretical framework by conducting a quantitative study and an online survey that has 191 respondents. The survey utilizes different tests: ranking, semantic differential and the Choice Based Conjoint, and it consists of two parts. Between these two parts of the survey, the study provides respondents with customer learning resources so that the effects of before and after learning can be compared. The respondents are divided into four groups and each group is assigned a different learning resource. The results of these different treatment groups are also compared in the study. The results are analyzed by using statistical analysis methods: Pearson's correlation and non-parametric Mann-Whitneyn U -test. The findings explain how the results of different tests provide comparable results and how customer learning may affect the customer's value of information systems.
