N\u00e4ill\u00e4 uusilla ideoilla mahdollistetaan uusien tuotteiden ja palveluiden lis\u00e4ksi ty\u00f6n tekemisen tapojen kehitt\u00e4minen toimivammaksi ja mielekk\u00e4\u00e4mm\u00e4ksi. Luovuus ja innovatiivisuus ovatkin selvitysten mukaan tulevaisuuden ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n t\u00e4rkeimpi\u00e4 taitoja, kun loogisuutta ja rationaalisuutta teht\u00e4v\u00e4t voidaan eneneviss\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4rin korvata teko\u00e4lyll\u00e4. Keskeisen\u00e4 havaintona voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 et\u00e4ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 identifioitumisen kannalta merkitt\u00e4vimp\u00e4\u00e4n rooliin nousivat v\u00e4hentynyt yhteisty\u00f6 ja vuorovaikutus, joka on saattanut johtaa my\u00f6s henkiseen et\u00e4\u00e4ntyneisyyteen ja n\u00e4in v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s identifioitumista. Lis\u00e4ksi merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 tekij\u00e4n\u00e4 oli et\u00e4ty\u00f6n mahdollistama vapaus, ja siit\u00e4 viestiv\u00e4 luottamus, ja n\u00e4iden koettiin arvoina viestiv\u00e4n oikeanlaisesta organisaatiokulttuurista, ja n\u00e4in edist\u00e4v\u00e4n identifioitumista. Kolmanneksi t\u00e4rke\u00e4ksi tekij\u00e4ksi nousi ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyys, ja kokemus siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 on itse t\u00e4rke\u00e4 osa yrityksen toimintaa, ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n kokemuksen koettiin paikoin heikentyneen et\u00e4ty\u00f6n vuoksi.
