Tavoitteena oli lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, onko inklusiivisella koululiikunnalla heikent\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 tai tukevaa vaikutusta nuoren urheilijan kehitykseen, mutta my\u00f6s saada selville liikunnanopettajien kokemuksia nuoren urheilijan omista tarpeista liikunnanopetuksessa. Tutkimuksessa pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n saamaan vastauksia siihen, kokevatko urheilevat oppilaat saavansa liikuntatunneilla tukea omiin urheilevan nuoren tarpeisiin. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena eli kvalitatiivisena. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa selityksi\u00e4 toiminnalle selvitettiin liikunnanopettajien kokemuksien kautta. Tutkimuksen kohdejoukoksi valittiin henkil\u00f6it\u00e4, joilla tiedettiin olevan laaja ty\u00f6kokemus liikunnanopettajana ja heill\u00e4 voitiin ennakolta olettaa olevan ajatuksia tutkittavasta ilmi\u00f6st\u00e4. Tutkimuksen aineistona toimi kolmen inklusiivista liikunnanopetusta antaneen liikunnanopettajan ryhm\u00e4haastattelusta saatu materiaali.\nLiikunnanopettajien kokemuksista nousi esille, ett\u00e4 urheilevien nuorten tarpeet j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t usein v\u00e4hemm\u00e4lle huomiolle, kun tunnilla on paljon tukea tarvitsevia oppilaita. Toiminta inklusiivisessa liikunnanopetuksessa ohjautuu usein heikoimpien mukaan teht\u00e4v\u00e4ksi ja riitt\u00e4v\u00e4 tuen tarve henkil\u00f6resurssien muodossa on kriittist\u00e4. Samalla nousi esille, ett\u00e4 liikunnanopettajien havaintojen mukaan urheilevat nuoret kokevat toiminnan inklusiivisilla liikuntatunneilla usein turhauttavaksi ja motivaatio toimintaan laskee.\nTutkimuksen perusteella liikunnanopettajilla on mahdollista pohtia omaa opetustaan laajemmin kaikkien oppilaiden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta ja huomioida tukea tarvitsevien ohella my\u00f6s urheilevat nuoret ja heid\u00e4n koululiikuntamotivaatioonsa liittyv\u00e4t tarpeet. Keskeinen askel t\u00e4ss\u00e4 prosessissa on ensin pohtia, otanko liikunnanopettajana urheilevien nuorten tarpeet huomioon opetuksessani.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of physical education teachers in upper primary school on whether inclusive physical education support the targeted athletic development of a young athlete and what factors influence upper primary school athlete\u2019s motivation in physical education. The aim was to increase the understanding of whether inclusive physical education has a debilitating or supportive effect on the development of a young athlete, but also to find out the experiences of physical education teachers about the young athlete\u2019s own needs in physical education. The study seeks to find answers to whether athletic students feel that inclusive physical education support their athletic development. This study was conducted qualitatively.\nIn this study, explanations for the activity were elucidated through the experiences of physical education teachers. Individuals who were known to have extensive work experience as a physical education teacher and could be presumed to have thoughts about the phenomenon under study were selected as the target group for the study. The material of the study was material obtained from a group interview of three physical education teachers who had provided inclusive physical education. \nFrom the experiences of physical education teachers, it emerged that the needs of young athletes are often overlooked in physical education when there are a lot of students in need of assistance. Activities in inclusive physical education are often directed at the weakest and the need for adequate support in the form of human resources is critical. At the same time, it was pointed out that according to the findings of physical education teachers, young athletes often find inclusive physical education frustrating and their motivation decreases. \nBased on the research, physical education teachers have the opportunity to reflect on their own teaching more broadly from the perspective of all students and take into account not only those in need of support but also the needs of young athletes in inclusive physical education.
