Yritykset ovat omaksuneet teko\u00e4lyteknologioita osaksi markkinointiv\u00e4lineit\u00e4ns\u00e4, mink\u00e4 seurauksena kokemus yritysten, asiakkaiden sek\u00e4 sidosryhmien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 on muuttunut. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n mahdollisuuksiin, joita teko\u00e4ly ja sen soveltaminen tarjoavat yritysmarkkinointiin. Tutkielma toteutetaan kirjallisuuskatsauksena. Tiedonkeruussa hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimusartikkeleita sek\u00e4 tutkimuskirjallisuutta. Tutkielma pyrkii vastaamaan kahteen p\u00e4\u00e4tutkimuskysymykseen, jotka ovat: \u201dMill\u00e4 tavoilla yritykset voivat hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 yritysmarkkinoinnissa?\u201d ja \u201dMit\u00e4 hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 ja mahdollisuuksia teko\u00e4lyn k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 tuo yritysmarkkinointiin?\u201d. Tutkielmassa m\u00e4\u00e4ritell\u00e4\u00e4n termit teko\u00e4ly sek\u00e4 yritysmarkkinointi, mink\u00e4 j\u00e4lkeen vastataan tutkielman tutkimuskysymyksiin.\nTutkielman keskeinen tulos on, ett\u00e4 teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 laaja-alaisesti yritysmarkkinoinnissa. Tutkielmassa todetaan, ett\u00e4 teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n eritt\u00e4in laaja-alaisesti yritysten toteuttaman yritysmarkkinoinnin eri osa-alueilla ja prosesseissa. Artificial intelligence has experienced rapid development in recent decades and its effects on companies, the economy and society have grown significantly. Companies have adopted artificial intelligence technologies as a part of their marketing tools, as the consequence of which the experience between companies, customers and stakeholders has changed. This thesis explores the opportunities that artificial intelligence and its application offer to business-to-business marketing. The research is carried out as a literature review. Research articles and research literature are utilized in data collection. The thesis seeks to answer two main research questions, which are: \u201cIn what ways can companies utilize artificial intelligence in business-to-business marketing?\u201d and \u201cWhat are the benefits and opportunities of using artificial intelligence for business-to-business marketing?\u201d. The thesis defines the terms artificial intelligence and business-to-business marketing after which the research questions of the thesis are answered. The main result of the research is that artificial intelligence can be utilized extensively in business-to-business marketing. The thesis focuses on five artificial intelligence technologies commonly used in business-to-business marketing, which are: decision support systems, machine learning, intelligent agents, recommender systems, and expert systems.
