Tavoitteena oli saada tietoa siit\u00e4, miten ty\u00f6terveyshoitajien osaamista voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisia kokemuksia ty\u00f6terveyshoitajilla on osaamisensa jakamisesta ja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misest\u00e4. \nT\u00e4m\u00e4 laadullinen tutkimus on toteutettu T\u00e4sm\u00e4 Ty\u00f6terveys Oy:ss\u00e4, joka on vuonna 2016 perustettu ty\u00f6terveyshuoltopalveluja tuottava organisaatio. Aineistonkeruumenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin puolistrukturoitua teemahaastattelua. Ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 haastateltiin yhdeks\u00e4\u00e4 T\u00e4sm\u00e4 Ty\u00f6terveys Oy:ss\u00e4 toimivaa ty\u00f6terveyshoitajaa. Haastattelut nauhoitettiin ja tulokset analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 deduktiivista sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4.\nTulosten perusteella oman osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja jakamista ilmenee ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 moninaisesti, mutta varsinaisia malleja tai toimintatapoja osaamisen johtamiselle ei ole luotu. Organisaatiolla on hedelm\u00e4lliset puitteet osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miselle ja jakamiselle, koska ty\u00f6 on itsen\u00e4ist\u00e4, vapaata, et\u00e4ty\u00f6t\u00e4 ja ty\u00f6ilmapiiri sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvointi koetaan erinomaiseksi. Osaamisen jakaminen ja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen koetaan merkitykselliseksi asiaksi, jossa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n on mahdollista tulla kuulluksi ja n\u00e4hdyksi. Osaamisen jakamisen toivotaan tapahtuvan kollektiivisesti ja kollegiaalisesti. Osaamisen jakamista ja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4 tapahtuu digiv\u00e4lineiden kautta ja koulutuksissa. Osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4 tulee tarkastella ensisijaisesti yksil\u00f6n n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta, sill\u00e4 jokaisella yksil\u00f6ll\u00e4 on ainutlaatuista osaamista. Jos osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ei huomioida, vaikka yksil\u00f6 toisi sit\u00e4 esille, se aiheuttaa kyynisyytt\u00e4, organisaation kasvun taantumista ja sitoutumattomuutta. Moniammatillisen tiimin puute lis\u00e4\u00e4 tarvetta osaamisen jakamiselle ja osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miselle ty\u00f6terveyshoitajien kesken. Jatkossa voisi tutkia ty\u00f6terveyshoitajien et\u00e4ty\u00f6kulttuurissa tapahtuvaa osaamisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misen ja osaamisen jakamisen toteutumista, ty\u00f6terveyshoitajien kollegiaalista osaamisen jakamista ja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja millaisia malleja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t itse keksiv\u00e4t toteuttaa osaamisen jakamista ja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4mist\u00e4. The aim was to get information on how to utilize the competence of occupational health nurses, what kind of experiences occupational health nurses had about shared competence, and what kind of experience occupational health nurses had utilizing their own competence.\n\nThis qualitative thesis was implemented in T\u00e4sm\u00e4 Ty\u00f6terveys Oy, which was founded in 2016, providing occupational health services. A semi-structured theme interview was used as the data collection method. Nine occupational health nurses were interviewed at T\u00e4sm\u00e4 Ty\u00f6terveys Oy. The interviews were recorded, and the results were analyzed using deductive con-tent analysis.\n\nAccording to the results, utilizing own competence and sharing competence occurs in many ways in work, but there aren't created any specific models or models of operation to lead competence. The organization has the fruitful framework to utilize competence and share competence because the work is independent, free, remote work, and the working atmosphere and wellbeing is experienced excellent. Sharing competence and utilizing competence is an experienced relevant issue where the employee can become heard and seen. Sharing the competence is wished to happen collectively and between colleagues. Sharing competence and utilizing competence happens through digital devices and in teaching sessions. In the first place, the competence of utilizing hast to be viewed through individual because every individual has unique competence. If competence of utilization is not paid attention even if the individual has brought it up, then it can cause cynicism, a decline in organizational growth, and non-commitment. Lack of multiprofessional the team adds the need to share competence and utilize competence between occupational health nurses. The topic of further research could be the implementation of the utilization of competence and competence sharing in occupational health nurses remote work, the collegial competence sharing and utilization of competence of occupational health nurses, and the models that employees themselves invent to implement competence sharing and utilization.
