Muutos aiheuttaa paineita \nmy\u00f6s yritysten ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin johtamiselle varsinkin tietointensiivisess\u00e4 \nty\u00f6ss\u00e4. Hyvinvoivat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ovat tuottavia ja haluavat pysy\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvin vointiin panostavan ty\u00f6nantajan palveluksessa. \nT\u00e4m\u00e4n pro gradu -tutkielman teoreettinen viitekehys muodostuu tiedolla \njohtamisen ja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin aiemmasta tutkimuksesta. Tiedolla johtamista \ntarkastellaan tiedolla johtamisen osa-alueiden ja prosessien kautta. Tiedolla \njohtamisen osa-alueita ovat tutkineet muun muassa Laihonen, Hannula, Helan der, Ilvonen, Jussila, Kukko ja Yliniemi (2013) sek\u00e4 Syed (2018). Choo (2002) ja \nHeisigin (2009) kuvaavat tiedolla johtamisen prosesseja. Kohdeorgansaation \nty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin tiedolla johtamisen tilannetta tarkastellaan edell\u00e4 mainittujen \ntutkijoiden esitt\u00e4mien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmien avulla.\nTy\u00f6hyvinvointia tarkastellaan positiivisen psykologian n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. \nPositiivisen psykologian teoriaosuus pohjautuu Seligmanin (2005, 2011) \ntutkimukselle. Ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin osalta huomioidaan my\u00f6s muuta kuin \npositiiviseen psykologiaan liittyv\u00e4\u00e4 tutkimusta, kuten ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin ja tuottavuuden korrelaatiota kuvaavaa tutkimusta.\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkitaan kansainv\u00e4lisen, Suomessa IT- ja \nliiketoiminnan konsultoinnin palveluita tarjoavan organisaation ty\u00f6hyvinvointia \nja sen tiedolla johtamisen tilannetta. Tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n tapaustutkimusta, jonka empiirinen osa koostuu kolmesta aineistosta: \nkyselyaineistosta (n=17), haastatteluaineistosta (n=13) ja dokumenttiaineistosta\n(n=16). Aineisto on ker\u00e4tty aikav\u00e4lill\u00e4 kes\u00e4-syyskuu 2021.\nTutkimustulosten perusteella voidaan tunnistaa ne osa-alueet, jotka organisaation ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t pit\u00e4v\u00e4t merkityksellisin\u00e4 oman ty\u00f6hyvinvointinsa n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t kokevat ty\u00f6hyvinvointinsa tason keskim\u00e4\u00e4rin hyv\u00e4ksi, mutta \nkehityskohteita tunnistetaan my\u00f6s. Ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin tiedolla johtamisen ennakoidaan kasvattavan rooliaan kohdeorganisaatiossa ja siihen liittyvi\u00e4 prosesseja \nkehitet\u00e4\u00e4n parhaillaan. Ty\u00f6hyvinvointia ei kuitenkaan viel\u00e4 johdeta systemaattisesti tiedolla johtamisen prosessien avulla. Working habits, business environments \nand employee expectations are changing at a rapid pace. The change is also \nputting pressure on how organizations manage and lead work well-being, \nespecially in knowledge-intensive work. Well-off employees are productive and \nwant to keep working for an employer that invests in well-being at work.\nThe theoretical framework of this master's thesis consists of \nprevious research on knowledge management and well-being at work. \nKnowledge management is mainly examined through the work and research of \nLaihonen, Hannula, Helander, Ilvonen, Jussila, Kukko and Yliniemi (2013), \nSyed (2018), Choo (2002) and Heisig (2009). They describe the processes of \nknowledge management and its different sectors. Well-being at work is viewed \nfrom the perspective of positive psychology. The theoretical part of positive \npsychology is based on Seligman's (2005, 2011) research. \nThis master's thesis examines work well-being and knowledge \nmanagement practices and processes at an international organization that \nprovides IT and management consulting services in Finland. The research \nmethod utilizes a case study. The empirical part of this master\u2019s thesis consists \nof three sets of materials: a survey (n = 17), semi-structured interviews (n = 13) \nand documentary analysis (n = 16). The material was collected between June \nand September 2021.\nBased on the research results, it is possible to identify the areas that \nthe employees of the organization consider relevant from the point of view of \ntheir own work well-being. Employees perceive their level of well-being at work \nto be good on average, but areas for improvement are also identified. Knowledge\nmanagement of well-being at work is expected to increase its role in the target \norganization in the future. Processes related to leading work well-being through \nknowledge management practices are being developed. However, well-being at \nwork is not yet systematically managed through knowledge management \nprocesses.
