N\u00e4in ollen tutkimuksessa oltiin kiinnostuneita siit\u00e4, millaisia tunteita johtajat havaitsevat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n ja kuinka he niit\u00e4 huomioivat johtamisessaan. Lis\u00e4ksi pyrkimyksen\u00e4 oli syvent\u00e4\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 tun-neilmastosta sek\u00e4 sit\u00e4 tukevista k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteist\u00e4, jotka koettiin organisaatiomuu-toskontekstissa merkitt\u00e4viksi. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tapaustutkimuksena ja se oli osa Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston TUNTO-hanketta. Tutkimuksen aineistona toimi rakennushanke- ja kiinteist\u00f6jen yll\u00e4pitopalveluihin keskittyneen organisaation kuuden keskijohtajan teemahaastattelut. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisen analyysin keinoin. Tutkimustulosten mukaan johtajat hy\u00f6dynsiv\u00e4t tunnetoimijuutta johtami-sessaan paljon: johtajat tunnistivat monipuolisesti organisaatiossa ilmenneit\u00e4 tunteita ja huomioivat niit\u00e4 johtamisessaan monin eri keinoin. Vaikka johtajien havainnoimat tunteet olivat p\u00e4\u00e4osin kielteisi\u00e4, johtajien kokemukset tunneilmastosta k\u00e4\u00e4ntyiv\u00e4t kuitenkin my\u00f6nteisiksi. Johtajien kokemuspuhe tunnetoimijuudesta sek\u00e4 tunneilmastosta kohdistui yksitt\u00e4isten henkil\u00f6iden lis\u00e4ksi kohdeorganisaation toimipisteisiin ja tiimeihin sek\u00e4 koko organisaation ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6\u00f6n. Tutkimuksen tulokset olivat samansuuntaisia aiemman tutkimuksen kanssa.
