SaaS products and the SaaS business model is a relatively new market that is seen as a truly potential growth market because of its business model. The SaaS market is growing rapidly, and new service providers are constantly being added. Sales and sales models of SaaS products have been relatively little studied, and well-known studies have been completed ten years ago. The thesis shows that every SaaS provider needs to know their products, market and potential customers accurately in order to choose the right sales model or models.
