Lis\u00e4ksi tutkittiin opettajien k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 positiivisen pedagogiikan merkityksest\u00e4 tuen tarpeessa olevien lasten oppimiselle ja hyvinvoinnille sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6lle. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tuottaa tietoa kehityksen ja oppimisen tuen lasten kokonaisvaltaisen hyvinvoinnin vahvistamisesta positiivisen pedagogiikan keinoin. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena, jonka aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin \ns\u00e4hk\u00f6isell\u00e4 kyselylomakkeella joulukuussa 2020 ja tammikuussa 2021. Kyselyyn vastasi \n32 positiivista pedagogiikkaa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 varhaiskasvatuksen opettajaa ja erityisopettajaa. Aineisto analysointiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4. \nTulosten mukaan positiivista pedagogiikkaa toteutettiin rakentamalla positiivinen \nopetussuhde lapseen, mahdollistamalla positiiviset oppimiskokemukset sek\u00e4 tukemalla\nlasten vuorovaikutussuhteita ja autonomian rakentumista. Merkitysten osalta opettajat\nn\u00e4kiv\u00e4t positiivisen pedagogiikan vahvistavan lapsen kokonaisvaltaista hyvinvointia, \nkehitt\u00e4v\u00e4n lapsen taitoa tunnistaa ja s\u00e4\u00e4dell\u00e4 stressi\u00e4, parantavan lapsen ihmissuhteita \nja kehitt\u00e4v\u00e4n varhaiskasvatuksen yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 kodin kanssa. Lis\u00e4ksi se vahvisti lapsen \nosallisuuden kokemusta, itsetuntoa ja min\u00e4kuvaa sek\u00e4 motivaatiota oppimiseen. Ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6tasolla positiivisen pedagogiikan n\u00e4htiin vahvistavan pedagogista osaamista, lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4n lasten hyvinvointia ja parantavan ty\u00f6hyvinvointia. \nTulosten yhteenvetona voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 kyselyyn vastanneet opettajat kokivat\npositiivisen pedagogiikan vahvistavan kehityksen ja oppimisen tuen lapsen kokonaisvaltaista hyvinvointia.
