Personoidun mainonnan tekoälyratkaisut tarjoavat mainostajille ennennäkemättömän tavan seurata kuluttajien käyttäytymistä, ja tarjota heille henkilökohtaisesti räätälöityä mainossisältöä. Tutkielmassa löydettiin useita erilaisia tekoälyn keinoin toteutettuja mainonnan personointimenetelmiä, joi-hin lukeutuvat muun muassa erilaiset tuotesuosittelujärjestelmät sekä mainos-tilan ostamista tukevat tekoälyratkaisut. The purpose of the thesis is to offer an insight to the possibilities and applica-tions of the usage of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of personalized ad-vertising. The execution of the thesis is a literature review. With the aid of arti-ficial intelligence, the advertisers can reduce the amount of time and money spent on the marketing operations. AI applications provide the advertisers with an unforeseen opportunity to track users’ behavior online and to offer them individually tailored advertising content. There are several different methods of AI with which companies personalize their advertising content. These meth-ods include different kinds of product recommendation systems and AI solu-tions that support the advertiser in the process of media buying.
