Organisaation resilienssi nousi ajankohtaiseksi aiheeksi vuoden 2020 alkukev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 globaalisti levinneen pandemian aiheuttaessa merkitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 haasteita yrityksille useilla toimialoilla. T\u00e4m\u00e4n laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen teoreettisen viitekehyksen muodostaa organisaation resilienssin k\u00e4site. Tutkielman tavoitteena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millaiseksi kohdeorganisaation haastateltavat kuvaavat organisaation resilienssin, ja mit\u00e4 organisaation ominaisuuksia, toimia tai kykyj\u00e4 he siihen liitt\u00e4v\u00e4t. Tavoitteena on tutkia my\u00f6s haastateltavien n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 ja kokemuksia organisaation resilienssin osatekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 koronaviruspandemian aikana. Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin teemahaastatteluilla pienest\u00e4 suomalaisesta v\u00e4hitt\u00e4iskaupan alalla toimivasta organisaatiosta maalis-huhtikuussa 2021. Yksil\u00f6haastatteluihin osallistui kymmenen henkil\u00f6\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4osin organisaation johdon ja keskijohdon tasolta. Aineisto analysoitiin teoriaohjaavan sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin menetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4. Tutkimuksen tuloksia peilattiin teoreettisesta viitekehyksest\u00e4 koottuun m\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4\u00e4n organisaation resilienssist\u00e4, sek\u00e4 luotuun malliin organisaation resilienssin rakentumisesta. Tuloksissa organisaation resilienssi n\u00e4htiin organisaation toiminnan tuloksena, sek\u00e4 organisaation kykyn\u00e4 toimia resilienssi\u00e4 edist\u00e4v\u00e4sti. Organisaation resilienssiin liitettiin erityisesti taloudellisen selviytymisen, reagoinnin ja joustavuuden, innovoinnin, sek\u00e4 vastuullisuuden aiheet. Pandemia-ajan muutos- ja kriisitilanteessa organisaation resilienssin osatekij\u00f6iksi t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tunnistettiin yl\u00e4tasolla johtaminen, kulttuuri, yksil\u00f6n resilienssi, tietopohja, tiedostaminen ja viestint\u00e4, innovatiivisuus, sopeutuminen ja joustaminen, sek\u00e4 reagointi, p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksenteko ja tehokkuus. Tutkimuksen tulosten pohjalta luotiin organisaation resilienssin rakentumisen malli, joka kattaa ajankohdat ennen muutos- tai kriisitilannetta, sek\u00e4 sen aikana.
