T\u00e4st\u00e4 syyst\u00e4 on my\u00f6s t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 tarkastella, kuinka t\u00e4m\u00e4 on vaikuttanut erilaisten kielioppiteht\u00e4vien esiintymiseen lukion oppikirjoissa eri vuosikymmenin\u00e4.\n\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa analysoitiin kielioppiteht\u00e4vien esiintymist\u00e4 kolmessa englannin kielen lukion oppikirjassa, jotka ovat julkaistu vuosina 1991, 2009 ja 2017. Kielioppiteht\u00e4v\u00e4t analysoitiin ja jaettiin tyyppins\u00e4 mukaan 16 kategoriaan. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen n\u00e4iden kolmen kirjan kielioppi teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 vertailtiin toisiinsa, jotta n\u00e4htiin kuinka kirjojen teht\u00e4v\u00e4tyypit ovat muuttuneet n\u00e4iden kolmen vuosikymmenen v\u00e4lill\u00e4.\n\nHypoteesi tutkimukseen oli, ett\u00e4 kielioppiteht\u00e4viss\u00e4 olisi tapahtunut samanlainen muutos kommunikaatiota vaativien teht\u00e4vien korostamiseen ja k\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6steht\u00e4vien v\u00e4hent\u00e4miseen, kuten on tapahtunut sanastoteht\u00e4viss\u00e4.
