Organisaatiomuutos koskettaa koko organisaatiota ja vaikuttaa sen toimintaan oleellisesti. Organisaatiokirjallisuudessa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n paljon erilaisia neuvoja ja tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka vaikuttavat muutokseen sek\u00e4 auttavat selviytym\u00e4\u00e4n siit\u00e4. V\u00e4hemm\u00e4lle huomiolle on j\u00e4\u00e4nyt kuitenkin juuri konkreettiset kokemukset muutoksen toteuttamisesta. \nT\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus on toteutettu osana Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston TUNTO-hanketta. Aineistona on kolmen organisaatiomuutoksesta vastuussa olevan henkil\u00f6n v\u00e4linen ryhm\u00e4keskustelu, jossa he k\u00e4yv\u00e4t l\u00e4pi muutostarinaansa. Tutkimuksen kohteena oli juuri muutoksesta vastuussa olevat henkil\u00f6t, sill\u00e4 haluttiin selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n kokemuksia organisaatiomuutoksen toteutuksesta ja tuoda niit\u00e4 organisaatiokirjallisuuden ja yleisten muutosjohtamisen mallien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmien rinnalle. Aineisto analysoitiin laadullisella sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4.\nOrganisaatiomuutos her\u00e4tti tunteita ja reaktioita sek\u00e4 muutoksesta vastuussa olevissa, ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ss\u00e4. Tilanteesta selvi\u00e4miseksi koettiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 avoin ja suora viestint\u00e4 sek\u00e4 yhteinen keskustelu ja henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n osallistaminen. Muutos n\u00e4htiin jatkuvasti eteenp\u00e4in viet\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 prosessina, joka vei aikaa ja lis\u00e4si ty\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4. Rakenteellisen muutoksen koettiin etenev\u00e4n nopeammin verrattuna henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n ja kulttuurin muuttumiseen.\nAiempien tutkimusten ja muutosjohtamisen mallien monet n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat olivat yhten\u00e4isi\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tulosten kanssa. Se, ett\u00e4 organisaatiomuutos oli juuri yhti\u00f6itt\u00e4minen, asetti kuitenkin joitain reunaehtoja sek\u00e4 vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 muutoksen kokemukseen.
