| Summary: | Tutkielmassa kartoitettiin apteekin ja kotihoidon välisen tuotteiden tilaus- ja toimitusketjun nykytilan työnkulku ja kehitettiin tavoitetilan työnkulku toiminnan osittaiseksi automatisoimiseksi. Lisäksi selvitettiin tilaustietojärjestelmälle tarvittavat käyttäjäroolit ja kohderyhmien tarpeisiin pohjautuvat vaatimukset. Näillä pyritään vastaamaan sosiaali- ja terveysalan tarpeisiin vapauttaa henkilöstöresursseja hoitotyöhön.
Tutkimuksen teoriaosuus käsittelee tutkielman käytännön osuuden kannalta oleellista tietoa mallintamisesta, oikeuksienhallinnasta, vaatimusanalyysista sekä kohdealueesta ja -ryhmistä. Teoriaosuutta hyödynnettiin tutkimuksen käytännön osuudessa.
Tutkimusmenetelmänä käytettiin teemahaastattelua. Analysoiduista haastatteluvastauk-sista koostettiin nykytilan työnkulku ja kehityskohteet, joista johdettiin tavoitetilan työn-kulku. Tavoitetilan työnkulun rooleja hyödynnettiin tietojärjestelmän käyttöoikeuksia laadittaessa. Edellä mainittujen tietojen pohjalta tutkielmassa laadittiin vaatimuksia tietojärjestelmälle.
The thesis identified the workflow of the current state in the product supply and order chain between pharmacy and home care and the workflow of the goal state was developed for the partial automation of activities. In addition, access rights required for the ordering system and the requirements based on the needs of the target groups were clarified. These results of the thesis can be used in the social and health care sector and free up human resources for nursing work.
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with relevant information on modeling, access control, requirements analysis and the target area and groups. The theoretical part was utilized in the practical part of the thesis.
The used research method was a thematic interview. The analyzed information from the interviews was used to forming of the workflow of the current state and development tar-gets to it. The workflow of the goal state was derived from the development targets. The roles from the workflow of the goal state were utilized when creating the access rights to the information system. Based on the above-mentioned, the requirements for the information system were defined.
