Esseetyyppisist\u00e4 kirjoitelmista toisessa tarkastellaan keskijohdon vuorovaikutusosaamisen ominaispiirteit\u00e4, haasteita ja merkityst\u00e4 organisaatiossa sek\u00e4 keskijohdon vuorovaikutusosaamisen kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja toisessa tarkastellaan keskijohdon vuorovaikutusteht\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja vuorovaikutusosaamisen merkityst\u00e4 organisaation kriisitilanteessa. N\u00e4m\u00e4 esseetyyppiset kirjoitelmat taustoittavat itseopiskelumateriaalia.\n\nItseopiskelumateriaalin tavoitteena on, ett\u00e4 materiaalin luettuaan keskijohdossa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4 osaa tunnistaa vuorovaikutusosaamisen merkityksen kriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja h\u00e4n on syvent\u00e4nyt ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4\u00e4n omasta kriisiviestint\u00e4\u00e4n liittyv\u00e4st\u00e4 vuorovaikutusosaamisesta ja sen kehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4. Suunniteltu itseopiskelumateriaali aktivoi ja her\u00e4ttelee keskijohdossa toimivia pohtimaan omaa vuorovaikutusosaamistaan kriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 keskijohdon osaamista kriisiviestint\u00e4\u00e4n liittyv\u00e4n vuorovaikutuksen toteuttamisessa ja suunnittelussa.\n\nKeskijohdon kriisiviestint\u00e4\u00e4n liittyv\u00e4ll\u00e4 vuorovaikutusosaamisella on suuri merkitys koko organisaation viestint\u00e4- ja vuorovaikutuskulttuurin kehittymiseen, mutta ilmi\u00f6 on my\u00f6s yhteiskunnallisesti merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4.
