Aiemmissa tutkimuksissa on huomattu tarve suunnata tutkimusta hallinnollisesta tai datal\u00e4ht\u00f6isest\u00e4 tutkimuksesta kohti oppimisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmaa. APOA-hankkeessa t\u00e4h\u00e4n t\u00e4hd\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n pilotoimalla ja tutkimalla kymmeni\u00e4 opintojaksoja kymmeness\u00e4 suomalaisessa ammattikorkeakoulussa. Hankkeessa on huomattu aiempien kansainv\u00e4listen tutkimusten tapaan tarve yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 pedagogista suunnittelua ja oppimisanalytiikkaa, jotta analytiikasta saataisiin t\u00e4ysi hy\u00f6ty oppimisen tukemiseen. \n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen aihe nousi tarpeesta selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 tulevan oppimisanalytiikan tutkimuksen avuksi, kuinka paljon oppimisanalytiikkaa ja pedagogista suunnittelua on tutkittu vuosina 2016\u20132020 korkeakouluissa kansainv\u00e4lisesti ja kotimaassa. Lis\u00e4ksi oltiin kiinnostuneita siit\u00e4, mit\u00e4 ovat aiempien tutkimusten sidosryhm\u00e4t. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin ja analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 systemaattisen kirjallisuuskartoituksen tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4\u00e4, joka pohjautuu systemaattisen kirjallisuuskatsauksen protokollaan. \n\nOppimisanalytiikkaa tarkasteltiin kansainv\u00e4lisen m\u00e4\u00e4rittelyn ja APOA-hankkeessa tehtyjen havaintojen perusteella. Sen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoa tukemaan esiteltiin DELICATE-viitekehys. Pedagogista suunnittelua tarkasteltiin Salmonin viisiportaisen mallin ja Carpe Diem -menetelm\u00e4n sek\u00e4 Ruhalahden DDD-mallin kautta. \n\nTutkimuksen kirjallisuushauissa l\u00f6ydettiin aluksi 909 artikkelia, joista rajausten j\u00e4lkeen 40 otettiin valintakriteerein perustellusti tarkempaan tarkasteluun. N\u00e4ist\u00e4 useimmat oli julkaistu vuonna 2018, mutta muuten julkaisut jakautuivat melko tasaisesti vuosittain aikav\u00e4lille 2016\u20132020. Vuoden 2020 osalta tarkastelujakso p\u00e4\u00e4ttyy huhtikuun puoliv\u00e4liin. \n\nKirjallisuuslistaa tarkastellessa selvisi, ett\u00e4 oppimisanalytiikan ja pedagogisen suunnittelun yhteistutkimuksessa sidosryhm\u00e4t painottuvat opiskelijoihin ja opettajiin. Tutkimusaiheiden ja -tulosten tarkastelussa nousi esille pedagogisen suunnittelun ja oppimisanalytiikan yhdist\u00e4misen v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6myys. Tutkija esitt\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 teoriaosuudessa esiteltyjen pedagogisten mallien ja suunnittelumenetelmien yhdist\u00e4minen oppimisanalytiikan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoon olisi hyv\u00e4 tapa toteuttaa k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notto pedagogisesti mielekk\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavalla. This is a current topic also in Finnish higher education (HE) as well as in other levels of education. Previous research has noted the need to refocus research from administrative or data-based research to the perspective of learning. The APOA project aims to do this by piloting and researching dozens of study courses at ten Finnish universities of applied sciences. The project has identified, as in previous international studies, the need to combine learning design and learning analytics to make full use of analytics to support learning.\n\nThe topic of this study arose from the need to find out how much learning analytics and learning design has been studied in 2016\u20132020 in HE internationally and domestically to facilitate future research on learning analytics. In addition, there was an interest in find-ing out what the stakeholders of previous studies are. The material was collected and analyzed using a systematic literature mapping research method based on the systematic literature review protocol.\n\nThe learning analytics were examined based on the international definition and the findings of the APOA project. To support implementation of learning analytics, the DELICATE framework was introduced. The pedagogical design was examined using Salmon's five-step model and the Carpe Diem method, as well as Ruhalahti\u2019s DDD model.\n\nThe initial literature search provided 909 articles, 40 of which were taken into a closer scrutiny according to the the selection criteria. Most of these had been published in 2018, but otherwise the publications were fairly evenly distributed annually over the period 2016\u20132020. In 2020, the review period ends in mid-April.\n\nExamining the bibliography, it became clear that in the joint study of learning analytics and pedagogical planning, stakeholders consist of students and teachers. The examination of research topics and results highlighted the need to combine learning design and learning analytics. The researcher suggests that combining the pedagogical models and design methods presented in the theoretical part with the implementation of learning analytics would be a good way to carry out implementation in a pedagogically meaningful way.
