Koronavirus alkoi levit\u00e4 alkuvuodesta 2021 ja aiheutti koulujen sulkemisen ymp\u00e4ri maailmaa. Oppilaitokset joutuivat siirtym\u00e4\u00e4n vauhdilla internetin kautta tapahtuvaan et\u00e4opetukseen ja sulut vaikuttivat yli 1,5 miljardin koululaisen tai opiskelijan el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n. \n Haastattelin ty\u00f6t\u00e4ni varten viitt\u00e4 alakoulun erityisopettajaa siit\u00e4, miten pandemia on vaikuttanut kodin ja koulun v\u00e4liseen yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n heid\u00e4n ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n. Litteroidut haastattelut analysoitiin temaattista analyysia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4.\n Haastattelujen pohjalta ilmeni siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 et\u00e4opetus oli lis\u00e4nnyt kodin ja koulun v\u00e4list\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4, laskenut vanhempien kynnyst\u00e4 olla yhteydess\u00e4 erityisopettajiin ja kuormittanut sek\u00e4 vanhempia ett\u00e4 opettajia. Teknisi\u00e4 vaikeuksia oli paljon ja vanhempainiltojen luonne muuttui, kun tapaamisia ei voitu pit\u00e4\u00e4 kasvokkain vaan et\u00e4n\u00e4.\n Miten (erityis)opetus jatkuu pandemian j\u00e4lkeisess\u00e4 maailmassa? T\u00e4n\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 3,7 miljardia ihmist\u00e4 el\u00e4\u00e4 ilman p\u00e4\u00e4sy\u00e4 internetiin. Jatkuuko ja yleistyyk\u00f6 et\u00e4opiskelu - ja miten? Kuka kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 tulevaisuuden nettioppimisalustoja ja kenelle on p\u00e4\u00e4sy alustoista ker\u00e4ttyyn oppimisdataan? Mit\u00e4 koulut, hallitukset ja yritykset tulevat tekem\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ll\u00e4 datalla, jota luultavasti tullaan ker\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n vain muutamankin vuoden ik\u00e4isilt\u00e4 lapsilta? Miten t\u00e4m\u00e4 kaikki vaikuttaa kodin ja koulun v\u00e4liseen yhteisty\u00f6h\u00f6n? The corona virus started spreading in early 2020 causing school lockdowns in most countries worldwide and affecting over 1,5 billion learners. Educational institutions had to quickly shift to online teaching. \n Five Finnish special education primary school teachers were interviewed as to how the home-school cooperation aspect in their work changed during the pandemic. The transcribed interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis.\n It was found out that remote teaching had increased home-school cooperation, lowered the threshold for parents to contact special education teachers, and burdened teachers and parents alike; worry and welfare issues were reported by teachers. There were lots of technical difficulties, and the whole nature of the parental meetings changed when switched from contact to remote meetings.\n How will (special) education continue in the post-pandemic world? There are still 3,7 billion people worldwide without access to internet connection. Those who continue to study online, how will they study? Who will develop education online platforms and own the educational data of the future? What will companies, schools or governments do with this educational data that could be gathered from children as young as few years old? What will be the role of home-school cooperation then?
